The staff was amazing. Helpful caring and genuine. The fridge in our room had a broken door it would not shut so the snacks we brought got thrown out. The ice machine on our floor was broken so had to travel to another floor for ice. But my biggest disappointment was the shower had no hot water ugg. The control know to go from cold to hot did not work very disappointing

I’ve been at this property every April / May for the last 5 years . The property is not well maintained. The ice machine on floor 3 has been out of service for at least 4 years . I finally had a room where the fridge and thermostat worked. The toilet was noisy and the shower was missing a shower head . It’s too bad because this property has so much potential. The staff this time were super nice.

Front desk concierge

The attendent at the desk was excellent! (Kevin, perhaps?) He directed us to affordable parking, and made our check in smooth. When we had an issue with the water in our room, he personally brought us up a key for a new room immediately. Five stars for him!
