One thing to note upfront: there is no airport shuttle, which was disappointing.
One of my favorite features of this hotel is the ability to access restaurants without leaving the building. Unfortunately, about half of the restaurants are no longer in operation, and this was never communicated. I specifically asked the front desk about accessing the restaurants through the tunnels, and no one mentioned the closures, which was frustrating and avoidable with better communication.
That said, I would stay here again.
The housekeeping staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was always clean, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast staff also stood out—they were amazing, attentive, and made sure everything stayed stocked, even during busy rush periods.
If I had one recommendation, it would be to retrain some of the front desk staff, particularly around communication and guest awareness. The rest of the team really carried the experience.
