Great location near the train, shopping and the best rock bars! The room could use updating but was spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast 6 of 7 days we stayed. Food was excellent and especially appreciated Prerna for greeting us with a smile even when we arrived with minutes left. Prerna was friendly and helpful- a great way to start our days! Will definitely return!
The staff are amazing. Everyone is polite, kind and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the Camden market with souvenir shopping and a walking distance away to the Tube.
Lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. Super friendly team - amongst some of the friendliest and helpful we've come across. Great breakfast with a good range of choices. Family room was really comfortable and spacious. Our only comment would be that we found the bathroom chilly however, as the hotel is undergoing maintenance, maybe this will be addressed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
The hotel was nice, clean, quiet and undated the rooms were spacious compared to any other hotel’s in London. The staff at reception when we arrived was very nice and friendly and he let us check in a little earlier.
Great location. Decent rooms and good value for money. Would have scored a 5 but there was daytime construction on site that will ruin any jet lag sleep you might need…as I discovered to my dismay as I wasn’t told about it in advance.
Other than that the staff were great.
