The room was clean and comfortable with Tea & Coffee making facilities. Breakfast was decent and was included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its in an excellent location near to buses and the tube. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is situated beside the tube line so you have the noise of the trains until after midnight and then starting again around 6am. Our bathroom had really bad drain issues and the smell was really bad.

This hotel was good for a family of 4. Good breakfast. Everything as expected. It was a little far from the Hammersmith underground station would be the only thing to say if your traveling with a lot of luggage. It probably seemed worse for us because we were traveling in the middle of winter. On the plus side to this hammersmith station has lifts, so its good once you get there. All in all a clean well maintained hotel in a good location between Heathrow airport and the centre of london.

Really liked this hotel, great location, near lots of shops, not far from tube, room was lovely and comfortable with nice shower. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of hot food and perfect to set you up for the day. Could possibly do with more pastries, option of mushrooms and choice of eggs, but maybe that's being greedy!! Staff at breakfast were nice and friendly, reception staff not so much.
