I loved everything about the hotel! Perfect location : you can walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abby in 10-13 minutes . If you need to use the subway, entrance is across from the hotel. Breakfast is plenty, many options to choose from: eggs, sausage , bacon , 3-4 kinds of fruit, cold cuts, pastries, yogurts, cheese… Hotel is very clean , stuff extremely kind. 100% recommend

Room not great for getting ready. No mirror in front of table, no plugs near mirrors for women to do hair etc. Lovely hotel, spa and pool great. Using app to check and get room key meant no queing or waiting at reception. Just walk straight to room
