I loved this hotel and all the staff members were so kind and accommodating. From the front desk, the concierge staff, the restaurant staff, and housekeepers, I couldn’t have found nicer or better anywhere. They made my stay very comfortable, the hotel was so quiet. Couldn’t hear any sounds from inside or out when in our room. King bed was comfortable, very nice place to stay for my first visit to London. Would surely stay there again. Greg T.

7-10 min from Waterloo Station. Relatively easy to find. Beautiful hotel, luxurious room. Coffee and tea available in room, spacious bathroom. Excellent service especially when our kettle in room did not work. Would stay again

Excellent location to walk the London Eye, Big Ben, and Westminister Abbey for those who like to explore. The staff was helpful and polite. This location is a stone’s throw away from transportation and is an overall amazing place to stay.

A nice place to stay. I’m a solo traveler and found it to be a good location especially for your first time in London. The breakfast was filling and good. The breakfast does get busy and staff are quick with you. The hotel had a nice mood and ambiance.

The pool was the highlight. The rooms were great but the breakfast was a bit caotic felt like we were in peoples way when getting food. Also ordered pizzas for room service which were cold and hard but convenient

Could have been better

The room was not ready on arrival as apparently Housekeeping were still working on it. They were going to change rooms however it became available so unsure if this happened. The bed was very comfortable and accessories were lovely, however the room was tatty with scratches on the floor and a chair was all scratched up. Did expect more from the Park Plaza. In the evening, there was not much variety for food, only options available were foods with gluten in, nothing else available. In the morning, I realised that the shower gel was empty so had to use hand soap instead.

The hotel was amazing! Loved the free breakfast and the rooms were great. Staff is excellent, and the location is perfect. Close to metro stations, and walking distance to so many London sites. We hope to visit again.
