Terrible needs updating and cleaning

Terrible. Staff were very nice but the room wasn’t great at all, mouldy smelly fridge. Loose screws sticking. Out the tv. Mould in the shower seals. Faulty plug socket gitting with face plate missing. Dangerous 3 room changes to finally get an ok room,

Nice hotel, very convenient

Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location.

Wonderful but Request if you want a city view

Amazing stay, lovely hotel in great position and helpful staff Only thing to check is I booked a room which said city view in the description but when we arrived were told you have to request that and it is only if available and seeing as I paid for the next room up because I thought it had this was a little annoying to end up on floor 1 with no view at all, room inside was lovely but just think this needs making clear

Good location clean hotel but frustrating beds

Super modern hotel with good tech in the room however the beds were very disappointed as it was two single beds put together to make one double therefore the beds would keep getting separated which would be very frustrating

Good quality and value

A trip for friends, this was the perfect hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and although our room faced the railway tracks, the glazing and black out curtains were so good we didn’t hear a thing. The pool is lovely, breakfast was very nice and the staff lovely. Also in great central location. Would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel for the most part. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We found it a bit dimly lighted and call me old fashioned but I appreciate a bathroom door. Coffee shop was terrific, nice breakfast buffet. All in all pretty good.

VE DAY STAY

One night stay for VE Day Concert. Very nice hotel with friendly staff comfortable bed great shower only complaint I couldn’t turn off one of the lights in the bathroom
