Rooms were really clean and comfortable and quiet. Amazing central location with easy access to the underground and train station. Very family friendly with lovely accomadating staff. We enjoyed use of the pool and breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend using this hotel.

At first glance, the hotel was beautiful and modern. Our room had several issues: 1) our “upgraded” king suite was merely 2 twin beds put together where I found myself in the crack 2) our mini fridge did not work 3) the bathroom had no real door so all pooping had to occur in the lobby bathroom. My partner and I like to remain sexy in each others eyes 4) dropped off laundry which was promised back the next day, but after a day and a half, it never even was addressed

Overall nice hotel and room. Only complain is that eay before our stay, and up to days before, we had been emailing them to request a baby crib, with no response. When we got there, we did ask for one, and the one that they brought up didn’t even have a mattress, and was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for the baby, so we just couldn’t use it. Other than that, hotel was nice, and really well located!!

The hotel was nice and ideally located across the road from the Tube Station. However the room itself was not clean - there were crayon or felt pen scribbles over the walls. There were also no pillow cases or sheets for the sofa bed. We also found the room very cramped once the sofa bed was out. The hotel itself was very busy. On our first morning the queue for breakfast spanned the hotel lobby. The food quality was ok, however the cooked breakfast was not fresh, and one of the coffee machines had run out by the time I reached the front of a long queue! There were also lots of crumbs under our table - we had to sit BEHIND one of the serving counters. I'm not sure I will rush to book here again.

Amazing hotel, great facilities for all of the family. Breakfast brilliant great choice and great service. Full English available plus pastries, fruit, cereals and delicious fruit juices. Pool not the warmest but great for a swim and wind down plus steam room alc sauna. Make sure you book a slot using the QR on your TV in the room. Can't recommend enough!
