Room got ridiculously hot every night and fairly cold during the day. The heating system that kicked in a night or aircation or something was really loud and once i woke up being too hot i couldnt get back to sleep.

Lovely hotel, really convenient, great breakfast. Our only drawback was that you had to book swimming slots in advance which were fixed sessions and if you have kids they can't go in before 8am but the session closest to this time started at 7:45am to 8:30 so its actually 8:30am before kids can go in.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel was great being centrally located. Food was excellent as was the service. Only improvements for us were that the pool area was very chilly as was the pool itself-all needs warming up, & ambiance in hotel is dark & could be do with improved lighting.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Room was fabulous, best night sleep we’ve had in a long time! Such a comfortable bed! However, the shower didn’t work very well, the water was lukewarm and the drain could not empty quick enough so flooded under the shower door a little despite the slow flow of water!
