Room was in a renovation area with dust sheets everywhere and work started at 8am. Checkin took ages with lots of glances at each other... thinking back they could have been deciding whether to put me there. They certainly didn't warn me. Otherwise staff were friendly and room was nice

Comfy and small European room at nice hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pizza restaurant attached and hotel is short walk to the River and views of the Eye and Ben in one direction and Trafalgar Square in the other.

This hotel is a great location near the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery. West End theatres walking distance. Near tube and train. The Library area for guests is excellent, with work stations, comfortable chairs and tables. We would sometimes bring in take out food and eat it here. We did not try the breakfast. There were many options near by including Pret.
