Wonderful hotel

This is an outstanding hotel. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was spacious and clean and the WiFi was strong and reliable. We called maintenance about a small problem with the TV and they responded almost instantly and resolved the issue quickly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful—a very large, tasty variety of hot and cold foods. Tedd ( a manager at the buffet) went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We stayed for 5 nights. The bus that stops just outside the hotel took us to Terminal 2/3.in a matter of minutes and from there we could catch the subway to anywhere in central London. It is very convenient because the bus and tube run frequently.We have stayed at this hotel before and will do so again in the future.

Amazing hotel, great for families with staff who are extremely helpful, kind, and engaging, especially those with young children! The rooms and general hotel area are clean, easy to navigate and comfortable. This is our second stay and we intend to return in the future.
