Amazing location, literally just above Piccadilly Circus tube, Eros statue is across the street. This is my second time staying here and I would 100% stay again. I didn't particularly like the room allocated this time, was an accessible room and quite sparce. One thing to note that is a little annoying, but understandable given the hotel likely has a large turnover each day, you have to pay for luggage storage, even if only for an hour or two - I think is £15, though that might fluctuate.

Cool stay

Such a cool, modern place! My family thought the cocoon style room was awesome. I’d definitely consider returning here with just myself or a spouse/friend. It was very zen and had a relaxing atmosphere.

Very very small room. Not a lot of room if you have luggage. They should put more shelves or hooks in the room, so you can have space to move around room if you have luggage.

We arrived early and need to store bags. Would have been nice to know that it costs £15 per bag to store them. Was not prepared to add £60 to booking (would have needed to store them the day of check-out too). I’ve never been in a hotel where bags are not stored for free.

I and Expedia have been trying to get in contact with the hotel for three (3) months to change the dates on my reservation and we received no response! As a result, I was not able to stay in this hotel and lost the full amount of my reservation.
