The location was ideal right in the city centre walkable. The bedsheets need to be checked regularly as they contained fluff, water pressure was very low in the shower and hardly any hot water. The house keeping was poor- only every two days and when we asked for extra towels these were not received.

The location can’t be beat. This modern hotel is steps away from all the major tourist attractions, staff are helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

A good experience we were a party of 8 women aged 70 and thought the accommodation was ideal for 1 night although we could have done with a little more room for storage of bags and clothes hanging.

Zedwell Grest Location

Very Basic hotel but very central & easy access to west end. Comfortable beds but no shower gels in containers just watered down which was poor. No chairs just a few hangers on wall. Adequate for a night or two but probably not great for a weeks stay.

Great property in the heart of London, right in the centre of all the action but a clean comfortable quiet room to rest your head after a busy day. Would definitely book here again

Great Location small room made for those that don't spend any time in the room. Just to sleep and shower .. needs a chair in room and small desk or table instead of luggage stand and more hooks would be nicer. Clean, Mohammed was very kind at front.

the room didn’t have windows, toilet separated from the small room area by glass wall/door, no privacy at all, we stayed 3 people in the room and had to go downstairs to the bathroom sometimes just to make everyone in the room comfortable

Unfortunately experienced bed bugs here. The room appeared clean at first glance but when we woke up in the morning we saw bed bugs crawling. Over the next few days tons of bites covered us. We told the hotel first thing and they took out bags to steam but we saw they were simply running a handheld steamer over it (which is not enough to treat bed bugs). They also placed our potentially infected bags next to everyone’s else’s bags in the storage room. The room we were moved to was clean and clear. But I don’t feel like the issue was taken seriously. We took our bags to be professionally cleaned which gave much more peace of mind.

Not worth the money

You can clearly see into the bathroom/toilet area from the main room/sleeping area, so it's not private whatsoever. The lighting in the room is absolutely awful and the concept of the "beauty room" is terrible - particularly when you only have them on 2 floors - to have to transport any hair/makeup/skincare products into a tiny room located on only 2 of the floors of the hotel, just to have a mirror or use a hairdryer is ridiculous. Also wanted to leave our bags for a few hours on check out day and was told this would be at a cost of £15 per bag!!! Outrageous
