It was a little disappointing to have all the extra pounds be charged to hold our bags, get an earlier or later checkout, etc. There were also very limited amenities in the room but it was very clean and modern.

Decent room for the price and location.

Had an overall good stay. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. The shower was excellent. Downside was the room temp was a bit cooler than we like, and the heating/AC controls appeared to do nothing. Location is great being right on Piccadilly Circus. The bed was comfortable, the mattress was a medium firmness, although a bit awkward to get in and out if you are on the wall side of it . I am planning on staying here again when I return to London in the Summer.

Check in not efficient

When I arrived I was met by a lady who said the checkin system was down and she would check me in. This took a ridiculous amount of time which included being asked to check my bank account to ensure the payment had been made. As I hadn’t logged onto the WiFi this took way too long for someone that had travelled for three hours to get to London. Others were checking in online at the same time so I felt this person was just looking for something to do. It was definitely not efficient

Fantastic so close to everything

Fantastic would definitely start again so central to everywhere. Hotel was clean comfortable cannot recommend it enough.

Great location but very bare-minimum, not even standard amenities like a hairdryer are provided. Way to go to the rooms is like a maze. Cumbersome check-in via terminals did not work at first and had to wait for staff to attend.

Not for winter stays.

Do not stay here during winter. The room was freezing and when i asked they said it should be warm because there are no windows and that there are no heaters. Clean/central and efficient so im sure its good in summer, but in winter NO no.
