This hotel was absolute ideal for us. We needed a twin room close to the Piccadilly Theatre. We were a couple of mins walk away! Check in took seconds. Room had no window but good air con and was in no way stuffy. It was spotless had two single very comfortable beds. It was silent which was amazing given the location. Bathroom was quite big and had shampoo and shower gel. We had paid in advance so check out took seconds again. I can highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a base in the city centre. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff 10/10 location 10/10 My husband did struggle with being claustrophobic due to no windows and super dark room, so if you suffer from this not the best option, but overall we knew it would be without windows so not hotels fault and we didn’t think it would be an issue for him as his never had an issue like this. I would stay here again if he didn’t suffer from claustrophobia. Rooms are decent sized me and the kids loved it.

This is a great hotel with an amazing location. Rooms are perfect for people traveling through- no windows or chairs/seats in the room but any basic amount of research tells you that- not sure why people rate the hotel poorly based on this when it tells you this information before you even book. Rooms are dark and clean, it's quiet, safe, amazing location. Tons of things nearby, perfect location for the tube. If I stay in picadilly again, I'm staying here.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus: A Great Stay We had a wonderful experience at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus. Although our original room wasn’t available, the manager kindly upgraded us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to food, entertainment, and tours. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore London with convenience and comfort.

It’s good if you want to stay one night and you are single . Great location , terrible idea and concept . This is an hostile with great management I. The heart of London . The location is wonderful and the management go above and beyond buuuuutttt the concept of this hotel is the worse I have ever seen . NO Windows , no air , no connection to outside. The rooms are small and they only clean the rooms every four days . The management are amazing and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy but the problem there is charge for everything such as holding your luggage , early check in , cleaning your room if it’s not the forth day . Since there is no windows and no free air , the bathroom had mold and the area around air conditioners had black spots . Pro : great area , great management Cons: everything else .. no windows, no air , small , no place to put languages , definitely not for a family
