Avoid the Second Floor (Even-Numbered Rooms)! If you’re considering staying here, be aware that there’s a disco next door. The noise and vibrations from the music are so intense that your floor will literally shake. Isn’t the whole point of staying in a hotel to get some sleep? Well, you won’t find that here. Also, come prepared. Bring your own hairdryer—there isn’t one provided. In fact, bring everything you might need, because the only things you’ll find in the room are a mattress and a bathroom. While the hotel’s central location might seem appealing, being right next to bars and discos also attracts a wide variety of guests, including those who only stay for a few hours...

Room was stifling with no air. Also found a crawling insect from under the bed when we got in. Told the check out person as we left. We won't be staying again. I know the concept is basic, but just not comfortable for anyone over 60 to get in and out of the beds

This hotel is on the center of Piccadily very close to everything. But the only thing that I dont like the hotel is very dark a lot of ally before you can get to your room. If youre a new visitor to visit London and stay on thisplace its very confusing to find it, because theres a long alley to walk and its hard to see the name of the Hotel coz the letters are too small

Lobby area of the hotel is lovely, and the checking in process was good no waiting around straight in and booked in but upon arrival to room I was slightly disappointed… Room very basic, bathroom area hadn’t been cleaned tidy as there was stuff and markings still in the sink from previous guests… Pressure for hot water on sink very low and the same for the shower…. Hotel was fab for location though

Cozy, quiet, fab location

Great spot for a solo trip to London. Super cozy - the whole vibe of the hotel is to promote sleep, so the rooms are minimal and focus on your comfort and the lighting. For being in the middle of Piccadilly Circus, it was incredibly quiet. As a mom of two young kids, it was a much-needed city break in a cozy bed with uninterrupted sleep! Staying in a central location was great - close to the tube and a lovely walk toward any part of the city!
