We had a lovely 2 night stay here. Service was amazing especially Derek on reception.Breakfast was quite good. Bed was comfortable, only thing i would have liked is better quality pillows.

Ideally situated

Ideally situated hotel close to station and centre of Newcastle. Clean room and good hot and cold breakfast options. Only issue is that the WiFi was very intermittent.

Holiday Inn Express, Newcastle upon Tyne Centre

A return stay after visiting the Northumbria Coast. I don't think this stay was as good as the first one. The shower gel had run out on the day of arrival and although this was reported it remained empty over the two night stay. Despite this, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a good choice at breakfast.
