Check in was slow, lady never explained what floor we was on, had to work it out for ourselves, Room clean & & Normal size for a London low price room, Only had 1 thin pillow each, could have done with an extra, bathroom lacked standard requirements, toilet brush, vanity set, & shower tools are on the small side

My friend and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. We love it. So easy to find, the staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. An excellent location with everything right on the doorstep. We feel safe and that's very important.

The location was very convenient, it was just a few minutes from the Tottenham Court Road underground station. There are also lots of stores and attractions nearby. It is a short walk to lots of interesting places such as the theater district, Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester Square, etc. And even though the hotel is very close to the busy bustling areas, my room was surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly. I’m definitely interested in staying at this hotel again on my next visit to London.

Great for convenience. Short walk to the tube, handy for Oxford street, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden. Service at check in incredibly poor, kept getting put to the back of the queue as room wasn’t ready and queue moved incredibly slowly. An hour and a half to check in.

Scolding hot shower.

Never complain and stay in many hotels each month for work but this needs to be said, thorough checks of rooms clearly don't happen. Went to shower on the morning after my nights stay at this hotel. The shower temperature gauge was clearly broken and could only produce the same temperature scolding hot water no matter how much/little you turned the dial. I couldn't stand to wash my hair thoroughly it was so hot and I ended up rushing off to work with shampoo still left in my hair. I had meetings that day and with the extra time needed to attempt to wash as much shampoo out my hair in the sink, I didn't have time to wait in a long queue to a member of staff to even submit an in person complaint/warning and had to do the quicker card drop. Poor hotel facilities - would avoid coming here again. Plenty better hotels in the area of london.

Nice lobby, shame about the rest.

Lobby area and bar are nice, once you get past this the hotel is very outdated and tired. No AC in the rooms that work. No power sockets near bed for phone - literally like being in the 1970's.

Girls weekend.

Excellent central London location. Hotel a bit tired in places but is being refurbished at present. Very soft mattresses on bed, not good if you have back issues. An enjoyable stay non the less.
