A great hotel - close to the airport

We love this hotel and have been using it for years. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff, especially "Jason" of the wait staff, is a 10. The only trouble we had in our most recent stay was a light in the bathroom that was blinking on and off. We asked for maintenance but they never came. Other than that, this hotel is tops!

Wonderful overnight stay before our flight the next day. Having driven down from the north west and seeing more recent reviews on Google we weren't too sure what the expect, especially in finding the car park. We didn't need to worry though it was very easy to find and the parking wraps around the hotel so there's plenty of spots (although a lot of people just parked anywhere making it a bit difficult to manoeuvre as everyone seemed to want to be as close to the entrance as possible). There were very few disabled spaces from what we saw. The hotel itself was so nice and clean. The bar and restaurant areas are very spacious and relaxed. Prices are typical for a hotel airport. The room was bigger than expected and the rainfall shower was lovely. Check in and check out was very easy to do ourselves.

The location was perfect for early morning flight next day from Heathrow. However we were given a room for three adults which had bunk beds in so my 25 yr old son slept in a bunk bed which wasn’t ideal. Also the lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dark so not easy for getting ready. Having paid £182 for the hotel stay I then had to pay another £18 for parking and £42 for breakfast

Great hotel

Was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as we walked into the hotel by a lovely lady who assisted us in checking in. Our room was clean and spacious. The room had a fridge which was an added bonus. Bed was massive and very comfy.

Stayed here the night before a morning flight out of Heathrow. There is an airport shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and drops you off at the terminal. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Big spacious rooms. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling in or out of Heathrow. Great value for the stay. Much cheaper than staying in central London.

The rooms are modern but the lighting controls were confusing. Specifically, we slept with the bathroom light on because I could not locate the switch that controlled that room alone. The light switches could be labeled to minimize the confusion. On a positive note the bed was excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive.
