When we arrived at approx 4pm, the carpark was absolutely rammed full.I asked for help of advice at the hotel reception and the woman was not interested. We went back out to try and find a space and drove around in your carpark for over 30 mins. We gave up and went to get dinner. We returned and had exactly the same issue and drove around for 30 mins further. In the end we had to park on double yellows.
Worried, we went to the front counter to check in and ask if our parking was an issue and they said we can park on yellows it's fine. Why didn't the woman tell me that at the beginning? Also to note, she said there was an convention. If that's the case why were we not informed? Were guests of the hotel. It didn't feel like it though.
Once we finally checked in, we ordered extra pillows which took 3 calls down to reception over the space of 40 mins before we got them.
The TV in the room..
The TV in the room was broken and repeatedly turned itself off. called down to reception and no one ever came up, so we gave up trying.

I really liked the style of the hotel and the lobby was bustling with people. It felt like an event! The art was super cool, the staff was nice, and the room was cozy!
This is my honeymoon part of long journey .. a card or a flower in room would have made it more memorable but nothing .. staff were aware ..
Also no robes or slippers in room

Checking in was a disaster. Arrived about 11 pm Heathrow after a long flight. Waited on line with 1 desk clerk about 45 minutes. Each check-in took 10 to 15 with the growing queue. Staff seemed incapable. To top that, my key didn’t work so I had to return for another 10 minute interaction. Got to the room by 1:15 just to leave at 5:30 am for my flight. Unacceptable

Food choice is poor and of very average quality both dinner and breakfast. optional service charge added but asked for payments before given the bill esp at the bar in the restaurant. Car parking a nightmare.
Good hotel to stay prior to a holiday. Its friendly and has good food. Its clean and well maintained. Its convenient to get to the airport with frequent buses.
