Strand Palace Hotel

Hotel itself had been superbly updated with excellent fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was well organized, but some concerns about quality of produce which were not top flight but this may be a consequence of unnecessarily modest price charged for it.

Nice enough Hotel I went for the superior double room however it was tiny! Toilet floor was dirty with long hairs all over it! Staff were pleasant and helpful however I bought lunch at the hotel and it was at best average!

Very nice hotel, will be returning when in London.

Very nice hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well presented. Hotel very well located and all the staff are very friendly. Will definitely stay again when I London.

Always reliable. We don’t really look at other hotels these days when coming down for the theatre. Only disappointment on this occasion was thoughtless guests checking out early, slamming doors repeatedly and talking loudly.

All hotel staff were excellent, from receptionist to housekeepers, very polite and friendly, food was excellent and drinks reasonable priced. Reason for visit was group theatre weekend, hotel was in easy reach of theatre, and we all had adjacent rooms which was brilliant

Lovely staff and great service. Brilliant location. Only tiny issue was at 6'3, I did not fit in the shower of a 7th floor room.
