Hotel super nice but super expensive. Very clean. Breakfast amazing with lots of choices. Very modern. Staff decently friendly. Neighborhood very lacking. Hotel feel extremely out of place in the surrounding neighborhood.

Fine for an airport stopover

Used the hotel for a quick stopover before an early flight. Hotel was fine, don't think you'd want to stay there other than for going in/out of Heathrow - the location/area is not very nice.

I stayed for 3 nights, which is probably longer than a typical length of stay at an airport property. I very much enjoyed my stay. There’s a great vibe here and getting to central London on the tube is easy. I will stay here again.
