A perfect stay for our girls weekend away , we arrived earlier than our check in time but they let us check in so we could leave our luggage before heading off to the ABBA Arena - will be doing a return visit next year

Good location, no frills hotel

Location was great. We ended up walking to most places like Soho and Covent Garden. But you still had the option of jumping on the Tube with several stations nearby. The hotel itself is very bare bones. No in room fridge, no ironing board, no luggage racks available in room. Tiny in room TV. Basically a room with beds and bathroom. Front desk had no sitting area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall good stay in London, clean and it was an affordable option for a no frills hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and very modern. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 out of 5 is the rooms were very hot and there is no air conditioning. I can’t image how hot the room would have been in the summer.

Loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was delicious - possibly the best English breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Tasty sausages, thick bacon and scrambled egg that’s actually cooked and not runny! We arrived at the beginning of May during the ‘mini heatwave’ so the lack of air-con in the room was the only downfall for us :-)

Convenient Location, nice staff, decent rooms.

The hotel is convenientally situated a couple of minutes walk from the tube. We got a triple (single beds) room which worked well. You could hear traffic at night but that's to be expected in central London. Breakfast was the usual buffet style, we had no trouble getting seated and the food was filling for a busy day ahead. The hotel has a luggage store for customers which was really useful if you arrive early or want to explore a bit more after checking out.

Not good for the price they charge

This hotel is huge! I had to queue at reception to check in for over 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, but very slow in checking people in. Trying to find your room in the vast array of corridors is quite difficult even if you do try to follow the signs. For the price charged, the room was basic. No air conditioning or fan. Basic tea and coffee sachets. And a view of hundreds of other hotel windows. Carpets in the corridors were ripped and frayed and the wallpaper peeling. It didn’t detract from my stay, but for the price I would have expected a lot better. Prices in the on-site shop were astronomical, but there is a 24 hour Tesco a few minutes walk away. Hotel was adequate for my needs as was out for most of the weekend and only used the hotel to sleep, but I wouldn’t consider staying hee again.

This hotel is a 3 minute walk from an underground station, has many bars, restaurants, and shops within a 10 minute or less walk. The location is excellent. Our room was better than expected in terms of cleanliness and space. It was very clean on all levels and the ‘living space’ with the couch was bigger than expected. Only 2 complaints are that a mini fridge would have been nice to have in the room for water, snacks, and beverages, and the shower set up is a little odd as there is no door to close which led to water being on the floor after every shower even with a bath mat. Check in took a long time, but we were there for the London Marathon weekend so we expected it to be busy. Overall would stay here again, location is great, very clean, and staff were pleasant
