Very well located next to a grocery store, shops, and restaurants. A souvenir stand near by offers items at half the cost of Piccadilly. Russell Station is 2min walk away. Half the hotel is renovated half us not. Reno side was nice. No AC!!! Made 33above unbearable. Otherwise an affordable well positioned location.

Theatre family trip

Fir the size of the hotel the service and staff were excellent.,we really liked the extra security they had .breakfast was nice with lots of choice we would definitely stay there again as it was quite central for getting to places

The bedrooms lacked air conditioning and the windows did not open much more than a crack which made it unbearable as the outside temps were mid 20's. We were only staying one night otherwise we would have demanded a fan. Other than that the rooms were basic and functional.

The staff were really nice, easy check-in/check-out, the hotel is in a very nice area where I don’t have to worry about anything. There was no air conditioning whatsoever, but I guess that’s a UK thing that I’m not used to.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and on a hot day it becomes a Sauna. Good luck finding a seat in the lobby there are none.
