Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s great that they have a free laundromat. Detergent is inexpensive. Shuttle to the airport is pretty inexpensive as well. Nice decor. Very clean. Well priced. Breakfast is included.

The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay.

First, the location to Heathrow airport was excellent. We were able to take the free parking lot shuttle across the street from the hotel, to the terminal for tge trains into London. Next, the room was spacious, clean, and soundproof so, we slept well. Finally, the customer service was excellent! We'll definitely stay here again!

Good value and spacious rooms, with good quality free breakfast. Very attentive to residents and open to discussing issues. Room cleaning can be a bit inconsistent. Would have room cleaned in the AM one day, but then don't get clean towel or sheets the following 2 two days.

We have been stuck in Washington DC for two days due to the fire in London and our flight was canceled to Heathrow. We could not check in. Unfortunately, there is no point of contact with hotels.com to contact for help so, we lost the ability to cancel and get a refund.

Hairs and crumbs were all over the floor of the room, and the receptionists were not very friendly and did not explain any policies that the hotel holds. We got stuck here due to the Heathrow power closure, and they jacked up the price up to 7x more than what we originally paid for.

I stayed here the night before flying from Heathrow. The room was perfect and had everything I could imagine needing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking a taxi to the airport the next morning was easy. I will stay here again when flying from Heathrow if I need to.
