breakfast was nice and a good selection of choices, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable … we initially booked 3 nights and decided to stay an extra night (4nights) and overall, i know where i will be staying if i need a place near heathrow going forward… super friendly staff, kitchen and reception staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this one to anyone willing to spend a bit more than nearby hotels but wants a nice hotel to stay at.

Would definitely stay again and recommend. The staff were courteous and helpful. Lovely breakfast, all you could want in a meal to start the day. Bus stop near by. Even though Heathrow was across the road, never heard planes landing or taking off. Enjoyed my stay of 9 days.

We have nothing to complain about this hotel. Clean and nice rooms, free breakfast with great selections, open cafe and tea whole day, socialization on select days with free snacks. The hotel is always clean and smells great, even the hallways. They even wash the couches in the lobby area. The greatest was the staff, from reception to the breakfast area. They are so kind. Special shoutout to the breakfast ladies, Navjot and Sendra. These two are very courteous, kind, and thoughtful. They always greet with smiles on their faces every morning, and they would take time to talk to you and ask about your stay. They made our stay more pleasing. This hotel is close to the airport and would take an hour to go to downtown London if you will take the train/bus. If you're a downtown kind of person, this may not be for you. We don't mind staying here though because the bus and train were accessible, and we rented a car for a couple of days. We will stay at Staybridge again and again when we go back to London.
