So this hotel is apparently labeled a 3 star hotel, which is completely ridiculous, because you are basically staying in a place that looks like army barracks from the 1960s and has the room quality and amenities of a 1-star motel. It does have convenient access to terminal 5 via the pod car system, but the rooms are a 1960s time capsule (not in a good way), not properly cleaned (hair all over the bathroom), they have these heavy wooden doors so any time anybody within a 10-room radius enters or leaves you will hear this thud. When I arrived the room was 95 F degrees because the hvac system had been left that way. I have stayed at dozens of 3-star hotels in the US and continental Europe, so for this hotel to be labeled one is basically a scam.

The automated pods to Heathrow T5 were super convenient however the hotel is very old and the bed was not comfy at all. There was hair on the bed and the bathtub had some rust on it. I didn’t get the breakfast but they have a bar upstairs which seemed decent. Ok for a night and close to T5 terminal at Heathrow Airport.

Overall fine stay at hotel. Got a refurbished deluxe room on 1st floor. Was ok for us with luggage. Comfortable bed, good aircon, tiny bathroom. Restaurant service was good and food was tasty. Good option for heathrow especially terminal 5 with pods.

Had a very noisy room, heating didn’t seem to really work properly and was constantly too hot. Generally the hotel is very old, tatty and worn. Reception area is going through a refurb but other than that not much seems to be improving over the 3 times that I’ve stayed there during the last 12 months.
