Food is best described as basic - to the extent that we just didn’t bother with breakfast, after sampling from the night before - makes a premier inn menu look Michelin Star
Room was fine, basic, but no complaints - reflective of room cost
Staff weren’t great - lots of places to criticise .. long queues (likely understaffed) and lots of mistakes made - always at customer expense
And, if you complain, they make you jump through hoops, before they solve anything (complaining isn’t something I do, so, it might give a clue, to how problematic the food/drink situation was
There is no lift for the first floor - so don’t bring a heavy case, or, have issues with hiking
It’s okay, nothing better, nothing worse
