Property ok , rooms ok, but the price of items in the shop are over priced who in there right mind would purchase a packet of crisps for £6.59 daylight robbery nearly every item was 4 times the price of a supermarket. Even the airport was cheaper. Restaurant food was not that great either. Rooms were ok though

Quite honestly couldn't be more impressed, we were due to fly early today (21st March!) and stayed the night here, woke at 5AM to find our flight cancelled and ourselves stranded. The hotel manager was extremely courteous of everyone who was stuck and offered us food/drink as by the time we had made contact with the airline and confirmed we could not travel we had found ourselves stranded as no trains/buses route home. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us - incredibly comfortable stay, the room was clean and quiet, a bit dated but for a well priced overnight stay I can't fault anything

Ok for a night before flight

It was fine for a night before a flight. Pod system very handy and fun. The lobby is nice enough but the general hotel layout/room corridors looks very tired. Room itself was fine, clean with Nespresso machine. Bath had a few dings in it and it was also very slippy when wet. Aviator bar is nice, great to watch the planes.

Good hotel and reasonable price. Helpful staff. Good location for Heathrow airport. The hotel uses ‘pods’ to transport guests from the airport to the hotel, but it appears that this is an additional cost which I wasn’t aware of when booking.

Clean little no frills airport hotel that you can access from terminal 5 via the pod. It does cost 9.00 per person each way to take the pod but very convienent.

The quality of this hotel has gone down since I stayed here last September. They used to have two bottles of water in the room now they’ve taken that away. There was only one bath towel and half a roll of toilet paper in my room. The front desk staff were always too busy so I couldn’t ask for what I needed. The bed in my room was comfortable enough but the pillows were so thick that they hurt my neck and I could not sleep on any of them. It seems like there is not enough housekeeping staff there….the ones I saw were very busy and seemed stressed out. While this hotel is very convenient to London Heathrow terminal 5, the management and/or owner has really downgraded the standard of this hotel which is a shame. As they sure have not decreased the prices any.

Easily accessible from the airport via public buses. However, there wasn't much around in the area. The hotel does not have an elevator but wasn't a problem for us as it was only a few steps. There's only one main floor. Hotel was very quiet even though we were really close to the airplanes and could see them from our room. Overall, would recommend if you need a place to sleep overnight but not if you're planning to staying long term as it was quite far from everything else.
