Management & staff are excellent! Rooms are nice & clean. Restaurant has a great menu & we ate there multiple times. Close to the tube & bus for easy transportation but we walked a lot too. Description needs to be updated- includes small fridge (very helpful!), bottled water is not free only 1st one, they don't have pool/gym/hot tub/sauna on site it is in the building next door & you have to pay a daily fee for use (this was very disappointing for us!), hotel is on a main road so was a bit noisy at night with emergency vehicles. Overall a nice stay!

The property might have been “posh” sometime ago, but it is quite dated, the furnitures would need some restoration…. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was very friendly… The food was good. Booking through Expedia we were entitled to 2 free drinks, after pointing this out to the reception desk we only got one drink voucher.

I have stayed several times over the years at the Rembrandt and will continue to stay for future trips to London. I love the area since I grew up in S. Kensington in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Your staff is courteous and friendly and your concierge was very helpful getting us théâtre tickets. I also love the convenience to the local museums, shopping and transportation.
