Staff is great. Honestly phenomenal. Love the location. Only two things would make this a better place: the room advertised as having a queen bed AND a pull-out sofa bed. Great for when I bring a child. As far as I’m concerned, it’s false advertising to charge £20 upon arrival for sheets for the sofa bed (per night)! Plus they’re inconsistent. Some trips I get charged for it. Other times not. I also wish one of the lifts wasn’t out of order.

The Rembrandt is in an ideal location for visiting all over London which we did. Convenient, close to the V and A (across the street) and the Tube. The room itself was very comfortable and the shower was great. We opted for the breakfast and there was much to choose fromm.

Great for walking to area restaurants and shopping. I like visiting the V&A museum, daily. Safe area. I have walked about at night alone and felt quite comfortable.mr

Overall, our stay was excellent - and in fact better than anticipated in all areas - facilities, location, service, breakfast & comfort. We had a room with a sofa bed so that we could use it as a sofa - however, when we moved it there was quite a lot of dust/litter underneath - understandable as it was pretty heavy to move & therefore clean around - but not pleasant to discover
