Amazing staff, from reception to room keeping, to waiters in the restaurant, everyone is so very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and a reasonable size for central London. The location is brilliant with both South Kensington's museums and Knightsbridge's shops just a fee minutes walk. Overall, very good hotel and amazing staff. Would be coming back. Tip: spa is adjacent to the hotel and chargeable, but the price is more than reasonable for hotel guests.

The concierge staff was very helpful. Scottie and the whole concierge team was excellent. Very helpful. We love the accessibility of the area to restaurants and the museum. We have a toddler and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool was not accessible for free, even though it was mentioned in the summary. This should be rectified. The staff didn't seem to be concerned with the guests. For a 5 star hotel I expected a far more friendly and helpful staff. The beds were extremely hard, and pillows not comfortable. One coupon for 1 free drink is abysmal, really when we book for 2, we should get 2 coupons. Value for money was just not there, at this price point I wanted a much better experience.

Friendly welcome - at least a small acknowledgment of Platinum status - given one welcome drink, though two people staying? Comfortable room with excellent walk in shower. Good breakfasts. Convenient for the museums and Royal Albert Hall.
