Charged over £100 for a room, yet not even a bottle of water provided. Forced to buy one at extortionate bar prices. This is customer service at its most cynical—profit over basic decency. A captive audience at the airport doesn’t justify such contempt for guests. Absolutely disgraceful.

One little thing...

Great for an overnight t9o be at the airport. Weird note - the exterior is totally soundproofed. No jet noise at all. However, sounds coming from the hallway and adjacent rooms could be clearly heard in our room and bathroom.

Good place to stay when waiting for a flight

Nothing special. A a clean place to stay near the airport with a good breakfast. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. We did get the runaround getting bad information when trying to confirm a wheelchair pickup.

This property is located at Terminal 4. You can access the other terminals via an indoor walkway and a tram. Its a good walk to terminal 2&3. Approx 30 mins.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were surprisingly well soundproofed despite being so close to the runway. Also couldn't hear people walking down the hall outside either which was a great plus. Spacious room, comfortable bed. I will definitely come back again.

Very convenient for those traveling to/from Terminal 4. There’s a bridge that connects the hotel, as well as a couple other hotels, direct in to T4. Breakfast was always hot and available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean
