Great hotel, room fabulous but only one thing slightly below - the breakfast was too "BRITISH". Nothing like cold meats or cheeses. Otherwise everything was GREAT

Our room was amazing as usual, but there was a very strong odour of an illegal substance. I am sure there were no smoking policy in the hotel. The little shop that sells little gifts and stuff was a little expensive, also the staff member was eat something very strong that smelt of peanuts, i dont have any allergic reactions but my friend does, fortunately they didn’t come in. Maybe a little awareness of that.

Such a perfect, walkable location after a late arrival to Heathrow. Bar staff squeezed in a meal for us right before the kitchen closed. They were also SUPER accomodating and understanding when I had a last minute change to my itinerary. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great location near Heathrow. Walked there thru sky bridge. Excellent breakfast. Love the Elizabeth line from T4 to do shopping on Oxford Street. Room was basic but had all I needed. Friendly staff. Flew from T4 so highly recommend if you are too.

Clean room/comfy bed. Walls / inter joining door, could hear people coughing talking very clearly. Breakfast wasn't ready at 0500, planned to grab a quick coffee & pastry at 0500 but large Q for a closed restaurant, decided to head to terminal without breakfast as check in at 0530. I would stay again , as very convenient for check in.
