Great property to rest between flights. Clean and comfortable, breakfast had lots of options. We took the Elizabeth line into London for a couple of hours, easy to commute from the property. Will definitely stay again, on long haul flights.

Lovely hotel. Instant coffee in the rooms, lots of space, great amenities, pleasant service, nice breakfast. I did wish the airport shuttles were more frequent, and maybe the carpet could use an update, but other than that everything was lovely and efficient.

Very easy and efficient checkin, all staff very friendly. Room on the small size but bed comfortable, carpet had a couple of stains which didn’t look great but room was clean. Breakfast was great but dining room a bit sterile.

This is a very covenient property yo Heathrow. Although I was leaving from Heathrow Terminal 3 it was easy to catch the free Underground service to T3. My window looked out on the interior courtyard.

Other than the shower temperature fluctuating, this is a wonderful hotel. The complementary breakfast is amazing with great food and service. It’s amazingly quiet for being so close to the airport.
