Quick check-in. Patrisha was welcoming and efficient. She was knowledgeable and very quickly researched an answer to one question I had. The hotel room was small but comfortable, not surprising for an airport hotel. Connected to Heathrow's Terminal 4, the hotel was easy to drive to and had quick and easy access to Heathrow's other terminals. Will gladly consider this hotel for future stays.

small room with a smell

The room was simple, small and basic. There was no counter space in the bathroom but a very large, oversized sink which was not necessary at all and it would have been better to have the counter space. Additionally there was a gross raw sewage smell coming from the toilet that made it disgusting to stay in there for too long.

What’s the hotel itself is well situated and the Reception team are very polite waiting staff bar. Staff are rude and nosy. I caught a member of their team stood in front of my laptop while I was open reading the contents on the screen when I challenged him. He blatantly lied about what he was doing. The food is just reheated frozen an edible food, smothered in sauces. The breakfast is good, but the shower in my room had mold between the tiles, not ideal for the money I would’ve expected better and there are other locations close by so that might be better. So downside . The shower pressure was noisy and low . ( but big enough for 2👍😆 ) The good stuff , the bed and pillows was ok, big room with plenty of space ,breakfast ok . The great stuff, location 10 minutes walk max from room to check in Heathrow. Plenty of space in your room to keep your trolley with suitcases for a easy check out. Conclusion. Would use again, if you want 5 stars pay more , but for the price i payed i can't complain, very convenient for Terminal 4 check in , started my holiday stress free
