Perfect hotel for pre and post flight at Heathrow. Easy to get to the terminals and the Elizabeth line to the other terminals. Lovely staff and room with great facilities. The breakfast was more than adequate, Everything great apart from scrambled eggs were very unusual taste wise and the orange juice being like squash. But for it being free with the room it was perfect.

Clean rooms, good amount of space, hood breakfast. The only issue is that it is in Terminal 4. The trains running from other Terminals to 4 is not 24h. You might end up shuffling and asking your way to Terminal 4 if you arrive late. For me it took from midnight to 1:00AM and it involved finding the bus station and the bus number etc.

This place is fine for an airport hotel. I was discouraged to show up at 23h10 from a very long trans-Atlantic flight to find nothing to eat on the premises. My room was mostly clean, but the small table in the room which I used for my laptop had not been cleaned and had some dodgy mess on it. The staff were friendly.
