The room is extremely small for Americans with big luggage for our cruise. Tub is very high to step in as a senior. Also our TV kept shorting out. The fact you have a fuse next to the tv says you may have an electrical issue. But great hot water and convenient to airport and ease of access. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

I stay at the Holiday Inn Express Heathrow Terminal 4 whenever I have an overnight layover at Heathrow. The location is convenient as it is easily accessible via the train (free). The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet (free) is plentiful and delicious.

The front desk staff is amazing. The location is wonderful. But their room service staff needs to bathe. I will never order room service or eat food in this place ever again the both times I order a room service, the staff note only didn’t speak English, but stunk really bad of BO.

Great for staying and flying from heathrow

Perfect travelling into the airport by train so easy to find hotel up into departures then along a corridor straight to the hotel check quick and easy. Room cosy, clean. Ate at the restaurant in the evening good choice and reasonable prices. Breakfast was buffet style good range of hot and cold food. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Even if you are flying from other terminals there is a regular free train to terminal 2/3 and 5.
