The selling point for this property is its convenience to the tube line. It was a short walk from Terminal 4 to the hotel and a short walk to the tube. The rooms are SMALL and need updating to reflect multiple power point needs. Staff was VERY helpful and included breakfast was great. Overall, it was a 4 star.

The bridge linking the hotel to terminal 4 is in a horrible state. Filthy dirty and clearly never been maintained in many years. Felt dirty just by walking across it. Hotel was good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

Staff was very polite and check-in was quick. This was mainly booked for travel convenience, so all told it's a serviceable choice. The sheets in my room were not clean, and the drains in the bathroom didn't work very well.

Close to Airport

Very convenient for early morning flight. We were in the UK for a quick trip and this was a great place for our early flight. Hotel was quiet so we could get to sleep and is connected to T4 so we were able to take the train to T2/T3 easily. They also have a bus.
