Great Accommodations

The hotel was very clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Stayed one night before catching our flight home to America. Hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. Thanks for the great customer service!

Unfortunately, amenities were not satisfiable...the room smelled like smoking and it also had an old carpet smell. There were old towels which didn't look pure white! Breakfast was not the very best, just the simple things.

This is a very convenient airport hotel. No getting a cab, just be able to walk a long distance if you are coming from another terminal. The Elizabeth line is wonderful to connect them but getting to it takes a little time. Use a luggage cart. They have a cafe style area that is good for the breakfast vast buffet and has a limited menu in the evening. The breakfast is included in the price but not that evening meal
