I enjoyed travelled from T4 quickly to Hotel 6-7 minutes located in the airport by a covered walkway. staff was a fast check in. Bedsheets were of high quality. Shower was very well made good spray. I had easy access to to Central bus station free airport train transfer by National Express to CARDIFF WALES IN 3 HOURS. I was not impressed by the breakfast spread could have been better eggs was very wet. I did not have water bottle in my room to drink. There should have been a toothbrush in the room instead of me going to purchase one in the gift shop for almost 6.30 pounds. I disliked having to enter the elevator and the card not scanned to enter the floor. I had to waste time waiting for another elevator. The elevator is a long wait. 2 Hotels connected in this location. I will stay at the Hilton hotel next to the hotel 2 minutes due to the lack of amenites in the Holiday Hotel room and the poor breakfast which I paid a hefty price for. I

I am hard of hearing even with my hearing aids. Priyanca was very patient and very understanding. I usually have good service here but she went above and beyond. Staff overall is good. Convenient to Heathrow, especially terminal 4. But easy to connect to other terminals as well.

Great stay great location and fantastic staff. This is my 3rd stay here and recommend the breakfast is fantastic. WiFi works great and the rooms clean with great showers. Love the 11am checkout especially for later flights. Overall it’s great value for money and I’ll be staying more often .

We chose to stay at Holiday Inn Express T4 as we were in transit. Our accommodation was very good, with good facilities, comfortable bed and sparkling clean. We loved the easy access to walk to T4 and the access to the underground train to London from the hotel. The variety of cafe/restaurants within the hotel group was excellent, and we enjoyed several meals at the Urban Brasserie which had a wonderful selection of various dishes. Staff were very polite and customer focused. Our only complaint would be the road access to the hotel! The signage was very difficult to navigate and the car navigation mode sent us in all directions. We ended up paying to drive through airport drop off parking to get to the hotel!! We understand this is no default if the hotel, but it was inconvenient at the time as our friends were dropping us off and also staying for a night at the hotel. All in all, we thought the hotel’s location and facilities were very good and met our requirements and expectations.
