Front desk staff were very nice. Day we arrived we were not able to open the door and asked a cleaner for help and shdd egg started yelling at us saying we don’t know to use the card properly, however it was the system glitch that the card keys were not working. We requested for a walk in shower and the water was not draining properly and even after complaining, it was not fixed. Every time we had shower , our foot were drowned with the shower water.

Amenities, yes i know its called budget but the price you pay doesnt reflect that, put in a room facing main road very noisy most of the night. Bed was ok , pillows we're terrible lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was clean, no privacy regarding cleaning yourself, salmost at side of bed

No kettle in room and you had to pay for a coffee if you wanted one (except at breakfast). Shower was part of the actual room and not part of a bathroom and the sink was in the main room too. Other than that, the staff were approachable and the place was clean. Breakfast was a self serve cold breakfast.

Good for what it is

Overnight stay prior to flying out of Heathrow, budget hotel budget price for London. No Frills less than 10 mins walk to the tube, a small room not a lot of space, light breakfast included. Would use again.
