The breakfast was quite varied and nice. The room itself was a bit small, but that was fine. Reception staff just met the bare minimum friendliness while the staff you come across or in the breakfast room don't even smile back. The place is just a few minutes walk from two underground train stops which is extremely convenient. Room service comes around every day which was nice.

Käka frukost en gång på hotellet. Låg nere i källaren så det va inte mysigt. Bättre käka frukost på café. Billigare o bättre. Låg många nära hotellet

This is the tiniest room for ehich I ever paid a hefty rate for in my life. Very small bed, faucet. Inconvenient to make tea. Don't tske a partner to this hotel or one of you have to sleep on the floor.

The rooms are small but we only needed a place to sleep and the price is very reasonable. The rooms were also clean and had everything we needed. The transportation via tube couldn’t be more convenient. We were often in direct line to shows and museums without very little change in metro lines if any.

Great location and such a lovely area. The bed was very comfy and the room was always clean. The room is a bit smaller than a standard hotel room, so it could be a bit troublesome moving around. However, I would happily stay here again next time.

The staff is very solicitous and brought me ice bucket twice for my bruised leg. My only complaint was the walls are thin and my neighbor in the room above kept me up all night because he had a heavy footsteps and was pacing the room all night. Despite that I would recommend this property located near a vibrant neighborhood.

This was our first trip to London, and we had a great stay! The hotel’s location near Bayswater station made getting around the city very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our last day without worry. The neighborhood was charming and full of character and close to some great cafes, restaurants and a grocery store— we’d definitely stay here again!

It was a bit hot in the room. And we got some bedsheets that had bloodstains on them. But only once. The staff was very friendly and alll in all I would like to stay again 🙂 It was a very quiet place and that is excellent
