Breakfast choice good. Dining room above average. Air Con needed on Heat Mode. Heated room well enough but bathroom heat only adequate. Room appointed well but some fittings showing age. Pillows aplenty but not to my liking ( personal thing).

Great location for concert at Hammersmith. Room Was very clean, plenty of space, underfloor heating in spacious bathroom. Separate walk in shower. Breakfast was very good, the wait staff were absolutely brilliant. Shame whisky bar shuts at 11, so planning a return visit to sample!

My room was beautiful, and overlooked the lovely park next door . It's a stunning Hotel. It's a very old school...such Character. The staff were lovely...and breakfast was delicious. St Paul's is in a great position for walking ...plenty of cafes small supermarket close too. Having a minibar in the room was a bonus as well. The bed was extremely luxurious and comfortable too. I had only one night here but so wish I'd had more time. I would certainly come back to this wonderful Hotel. Thankyou all for a lovely stay 🌹🌹

I was happy that the hotel has kept lots of character and feels like a period property. My room was very attractive and was clean. I also enjoyed the whisky bar with its 150 whiskies. The location is good- being between two tube stations. I couldn't apply my Hotels.com silver VIP discount however, as apparently I need to state this upfront, rather tjan when settling my bill.

The one issue, and this is an issue we encounter in 95% of hotels, is a non skid mat in the shower to prevent slip and fall getting out of the shower.
