We stayed at the holiday inn for one night , and over all it was an average stay , for the price paid we excepted more . The room was ever so small and lucky we didn’t have many suitcases otherwise the room was very tight . The hotel service in general was good the staff were helpful at a standard . We got to the hotel for 8 in the morning as we was there for an event an unfortunately we could not check in until 1500 which was awful waiting around and tired , we did ask if we can pay extra to check in early but answer was no . We checked in at 1500 and checked out at 1200 , that’s less that 24hr . There was pool and leisure facilities which we did not get to use but it’s convenient that they are included in the booking price . Breakfast was very average and very basic there isn’t much options so if you’re not fussed about lining your stomach with a standard breakfast then it’s suitable for you however if you’re vegetarian or of a Halal diet there isn’t much options . Again it was included in the price however I wouldn’t pay additional charges . When booking the hotel came up with parking available which is correct however with an additional charge ! Which isn’t made clear when booking online so be mindful when you book . Location overall is convenient and metro , isn’t far at all , there are bike docks to hire bikes which was convenient when getting around . Standard toiletries available and you can request for more via reception

Very large but let’s brand down . It’s a holiday inn so can’t expect too much but this is old and in places dirty. Spa area is cheap and chipped in places and not too clean. The room we stayed in was awful - bathroom tiny and falling apart . Bedroom weird shape and dirty. Told the hotel. They did nothing . Also if book through third party won’t let you add points to IHG account - I’d book through IGG but it’s so much more expensive so they don’t encourage you to do that . When I asked reception lady who was rude why not match the price to encourage people to book with then she shrugged her soldiers and said why don’t I e mail!!

We booked a standard king and the bed was definitely a full or queen. I went down to question the room and was told that is a “British king”. Which I had never heard of. Room was small. I also had the correct adapter for my hair dryer and when I plugged it in, it popped and blew my $200 hair dryer.

Doorman was very attentive and was the first and last person we saw on our stay. Concierge was okay & desk people were okay but doormans service stood out. Hot tub didn’t work for first 3 nights then on our 4th and last night it was too busy to get in but… the saunas are amazing.

Of course the rooms are small! And the Taxi service they use drove off with some my luggage! And the guy didn't bring it back to the Airport right away! He waited till he had another fare then came! I almost missed my flight!The pool is nice though!

Nice hotel in the heart of Kensington the gym is nice. However, it is hard to swim laps in the pool during daytime hours because of crowds. High St., Kensington station underground is just a block away. The price is fair. I will definitely stay here again.
