Nice hotel in a nice location, however was a little disappointed in the pushy upgrade tactics upon arrival. We arrived early, a few hours before check in. Our plan was to drop off our bags and go explore if the room was not ready. When speaking with the concierge, he said the room we picked was not ready, however a different room with a better view and balcony was. This room was an additional £150/night over our non river view room. We repeatedly asked if our original room type was available and he said it was not. We declined the upgrade and then magically our original room type was available. I expect this pushy service from a small 1 star or 2 star hotel... Not from the park plaza in London...

Lovely stay at reasonable price, great value

Great view of the Thames, great in room services such as smart tv that you can cast your phone to and options to rent films. Great that you can check in and out using the app, saves time and pretty easy to do! Lovely spa facilities included in the room price!

All the amenities offered were great! The kitchen in the room had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! It was close enough to the Metro and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. There was a convenient market nearby as well as lots of dining choices. Great place to stay.

We liked the location of the hotel. The breakfast options were blah, and the same every day. The maid service kept forgetting to fill our shampoo and coffee. They also forgot to leave towels so I had to call daily for them to bring. They never left enough tissue or toilet paper.
