Staff was great helped with suggestions and when to stay away from the protest happening. Even during check-in they made every possible accommodation possible when we arrived so early. The live music at the restaurant was very nice. The hallways on our floor could have been better kept. We saw the same champagne glasses in front of a room for the 3 day we stayed. It was close enough to the metro where we took that everywhere to get around. Solid place to stay. And our view was fantastic.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, we were greeted with such warmth at the front desk, which immediately made us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, and although our initial river-view rooms were on a lower floor and not quite as breathtaking as in the photos, that changed very quickly thanks to the incredible kindness of Taras at the front desk. Taras went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He upgraded us to a suite on the 16th floor with a stunning view, provided complimentary lounge passes for all of our guests, and even surprised us with thoughtful gift baskets. His generosity and attention to detail turned our trip into something far beyond our expectations. Taras, thank you sincerely—you truly made our stay exceptional. The location is excellent, just a short walk from major tourist sites and very close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. Breakfast each morning was abundant and delicious, with plenty of variety, though I would love to see a few more options for a vegan diet. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, thanks especially to Taras’s outstanding hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A homeless person came up to me at the hotel entrance and begged for money. I told him NO. He then came up to me brushing against my left shoulder. No security in sight uncles it was the hotel security smoking out front ignoring two of their guests walking inside the front entrance. No security present where staff pointed they usually were positioned inside the front door!
