Reception: Overwhelming after flying all night. (Not in a good way). We were greeted by a bellman who we could not understand, and who wisked off our luggage to a luggage room right away. The vibe was nightclub-like - loud music and heavily fragranced air freshener (both unpleasant). We were offered early check-in, and given passes to their executive lounge for coffee and food while waiting for our room. That was lovely, but when we went to our room, it was dirty. Water spot splashes in bathroom, kitchenette wasn't restocked, rugs not vacuumed. We had to wait another couple of hours. Went back and nothing had been done. Head of housekeeping personally oversaw cleaning and now at 5:30, our room was ready. The rest of the stay was lovely. Awesome view. Very centrally located and convenient for getting around to the different sites. Note: the area was kind of dirty, not lovely like Kensington.

We came to celebrate a special occasion. We were given a fabulous room with a view. The staff were truly warm and friendly, the hotel location, condition and facilities were great, pool, steam room, restaurant and all. We will definitely return and we heartily recommend it.
