The view from my room was amazing. Everyone is friendly and nice. Always ready to help. Chino Latino was excellent! I traveled with kids and they loved eating there! It made our vacation a lot easier.

Our vacation was abruptly canceled due to the Heathrow Airport fire/electrical fire that completely shut down the airport. The hotel refused our refund. The only reconciliation they offered was for us to re-book a hotel room for a later time. This trip was a once in a lifetime vacation for my family. We are devastated by it being canceled, and the hotel's initial response was extremely disappointing. We are still hoping a manager will accept an exception to their refund. I'll not be recommending Park Plaza Riverbank to others.

The hotel itself is very nice. Very helpful staff, but the room was too small for 4 people. There should not have been an option in a room that size for the pull out sofa. All the lights and curtain work by button near the door. You cannot choose which lights you would like on, it is all or nothing setting. And if the button for the black out curtains doesn’t work you cannot manually close them yourself. The bathroom is inefficient with a door sliding between the toilet and the shower that is heavy and almost impossible to move. Overall I was unimpressed by the room.

The facility itself is nice, however it should not have the ratings it has. The room itself was small but nice. It was Dirty however, I happened to drop a pill on the floor whichbus a mix of carpet and wood like flooring and when I bent down to get it I understand why I was sick. It looked like the wild wild west underneath the bed. So much dirt and dust balls. I was sick the first four days and I found out it was from the huge amount of dirt. I had to frequent the pharmacy especially since we had purchased a package deal and could not change hotels. They offer nothing complimentary. No coffee or breakfast to start your day. Everything is getting you to spend money on their establishment. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful hotel just not clean.
