Property, amenities and employees were all great. Restaurant is beautiful and the spa was a great feature also - have to book a reservation but it’s nice that it doesn’t get over crowded. Cleanliness of the room was just ok - even after room service came in, the didn’t relish things like toilet paper or shower gel. Also, the rooms were not well insulated and could hear a good amount of noise.

We had a good studio room with a small kitchen area (with fridge, dishwasher and induction hob), king bed and sofa. Overall a really good room. Check-in at the hotel was poor and the room was only available well after the appointed check-in time. We opted for the eco option of not having the bedding/towels changed in exchange for a complimentary bottle of wine - but hadn’t realised this meant no emptying of bins or restocking of tea/coffee. We would say the property was good but let down by dirty dishes left in corridors for long periods of time.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are large and clean with many amenities. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions in London and many are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the stay the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and roomy, the only complaint is the one light wouldn’t shut off. The staff was very nice but the fragrance or scent that hits you as you walk is a little overwhelming being sensitive to fragrance it was a bit too much. I would recommend the hotel it was a good safe location.

El hotel está bien localizado, fácil acceso al metro y buses. Las vistas desde el hotel son hermosas. Tardo mucho tiempo el check in, llegamos a las 8:00am y pudimos entrar a la habitación a las 2:00pm, insistieron muchísimo en varias ocasiones que nos daban una botella de vino a cambio de no hacer room service en nuestra estadía, al final aceptamos. La piscina y sauna son muy pequeñas y se necesita reserva.Por favor el restaurante Chino Latino es muy malo no gasten su dinero ahí. En lo general el hotel está muy bien.

Everything about the Park Plaza in London was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The hotel was clean and spotless. Most of all the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. All the staff from the doorman to guest services to the concierge. I highly recommend this establishment and I will chose this hotel in my next stay in London
