From the minute you stepped in to the hotel you were glad you had chosen the Bailey Hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful as far as giving us directions to where we wanted to go. Just a one minute walk to the Gloucester Road tube station which will take you anywhere in London you would like to go. We had cocktails in the bar and dinner in the dining room. All was excellent. Plus the rooms were very well maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I loved the fruit in the lobby and the excellent water pressure in the shower. The hair dryer was also excellent! The beds were just too hard for me.

A revisit as we have been here previously and love it. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice. The car park next door is very handy and the location is right next to Gloucester Road station so really handy. Lots of eating options right on the doorstep too. We will definitely come back again. Adequate stay near Gloucester underground so convenient. Skinny narrow rooms that have all you need. Constant running toilet needs to be jiggled but its a pretty old building. The fitness room requires a separate key and directions were wonky. Feel sorry for those in room 125. I was walked in on at 8:30 am without a knock. Seemed too early for housekeeping. Missed the red or green tassle as a message by choosing which one to hang on the door. I watched a doorman open the front door for others but would seem to get busy with other matters when i was near. I opened the door for myself and carried my luggage down the stairs. Seems pretentious.

The staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. The rooms were compact and very clean. The location is outstanding. Right across the street from the Tube, easy walking to places such as the Victoria and Albert. Many choices for restaurants and other facilities. Our second stay at the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a tad on the smaller side, but we weren’t looking for room size when we booked. We wanted to see London. Another plus to the Baileys Kensington is it is right beside the tube station which gave us easy access to most all of London. I would definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend it.
