Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below the standards I expected, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to public’s attention. Firstly, I found the condition of the bedsheets to be utterly unacceptable. They were not only unclean but also appeared to be in dire need of replacement. This is not only unsettling for guests but can also pose potential health hazards. Clean linens are a basic expectation for any accommodation and, regrettably, this hotel did not meet this standard. Additionally, I encountered a disappointing interaction with the house manager during my stay. When I reported the condition of the pillows also noticeably dirty, I expected a prompt and appropriate response. Instead, the manager was dismissive and took only minimal action to address my concerns. I believe that managing a hotel requires a certain level of professionalism and respect for guests, which unfortunately was lacking in this instance. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, as I believe no guest should have to experience such discomfort and disregard. I urge you to take steps to improve the cleanliness of your accommodation and address customer service training for your staff, particularly in leadership positions.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff were so lovely and helpful and friendly. We were upgraded for a birthday treat and the room was a suite and was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is stunning and the breakfast was really lovely. Amazing staff and amazing holtel, loved it.

mostly nice staff at the reception, some were definitely more helpful than others. Clean and tidy, smaller room than expected but definitely worth the money. Excellent location. If anything could be better, the mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. Very hard bed and flat pillows.

I strongly recommend the hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. Sumina welcomed us and was able to give us the room early without any charge and gave us information about the surrounding area and how to get to the main places we wanted to visit. In general the staff was very kind. The hotel is very well situated, just steps away from the Gloucester Station

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, close to shops/cafes/restaurants and tube station. Very close walk to tourist attractions like national history museum. Lift was handy for our pram. Only slight downside is the parking with a young family and carrying luggage to and from. But that's to be expected central London and not the hotels fault. Overall great comfortable stay. Thank you.
