Terrible basement room where bed was too small to lie on (I’m 6’2”) and entire basement and room reaked of bleach or cleaner. I left the hotel and booked elsewhere after an hour, which I have never done before.

poor entrance staff struggled to understand us !!!! whole place needs to be refurbished . especially the dining area a lot of chipped wood broken seats . Our bathrooms in room had blown wood and awful grout generally unkept . Then bar didn’t open until 6pm in evening so disappointing.

Tiny room and bathroom. Slow lift. Reasonable breakfast. Very close to Paddington station making airport and all travel very convenient. Would stay there again just from that point of view. Only rarely could I hear train noise during 3 night stay.

Great place to stay in London. Very central. Hotel was great and couldn’t really fault it. We didn’t eat in the hotel so I can’t leave a review on the food but everything else about it ticked all the boxes. Very clean rooms, great facilities and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.

Not great. Thin, low quality mattress on a wooden bed that creaked every time you moved. None of the plugs worked by the bed. A tired room that needs an uplift.

Couples one night stay

The hotel has potential. The entrance could be cleaned up and have fresh flowers or at least nice shrubs and a celan carpet. The reception is small and feels over crowded when checking in although reception staff are friendly especially Lukas.The room is small with a very squeaky bed encased in a timber frame that is designed to fold away. The matress was so uncomfortable we did not sleep well at all. The pillows were not comfortable so lucky we brought our own. Room 009 has a door to the outside that does not open all the way out but staff member was right outside on their phone so we pulled the curtains for privacy. The shower was good. Dinner was okay. Starters was good. Our main was not as good however when we explained to the manager Vikas he brought a dish which was fantastic and exactly what we wanted so it made such a difference and was much appreciated. Good location and walking distance from Paddington station.

Had a nice stay,room was comfortable and clean . Staff were welcoming and polite. Great location for Paddington rail services and for exploring the likes of Hyde Park. There was a spa but we didnt use . Only slight disappointment was breakfast ,the tea was tepid at best ,the sausages were not great quality and they were nearly cold. However a good choice for breakfast options and i would definitely stay here again.
