Lovely property just blocks from Paddington station. Staff were friendly & so helpful, accommodating my early arrival with a place to freshen up & rest a bit before my room was ready (and it was also ready early). I'm staying again later this month & look guard to it.

Absolutely no complaints! I’m a solo traveler, so the smaller room wasn’t an issue. Bath is a full bathroom. Very clean, incredibly quiet, and staff was great. Location is excellent being right next to Paddington Station so anywhere in London is reachable in about 20 minutes. Plenty of food options nearby. Really can’t be beat for the price!!

Decent Hotel, Good Location

I was just staying overnight ahead of flying from Heathrow the next day (so wanted to be near Paddington). Decent location (very close to station) and nice enough. Didn’t eat the overpriced breakfast (just had something in the room I’d brought from home). The bathroom had almost nowhere to sit anything; also, the thick carpet in the corridor made it hard to pull my cases (why do hotels do this?!) and was rather dingy/ugly (hard wood would solve both those issues). But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean enough, it was quiet, and it was very conveniently located.

Nice hotel in good location. Booked single room, which was fine for one night. Room was in basement, so natural light limited and could be noisy as next to a staff entrance. Though room had desk it only had a stool, which made working there uncomfortable. Room very clean and nice bathroom with good brand shampoo etc. Staff professional and friendly. Would stay again, but would upgrade to double.

The initial room was very dirty. The "spa" only allows one person at a time and was closed the day I was there. Not a great experience. The manager was very nice and tried to make up for it. The hotel is in rough shape as it relates to amenities and cleanliness.

We only had one night in London, because of flight connections. The hotel gave us an upgrade and the room was excellent (coffee and fruits in our room for free). The train/subway station was just a block way, which made a quick sightseeing trip in central London quite easy (just the rainy weather prevented us from doing more).

We like this hotel because we like a good walk into the city and the convenience of parking our car. The hotel is a good all round hotel clean comfy beds and really nice reception staff. We did have 1 slight problem this time where we had an issue with the room but i went and spoke to reception and they changes our room straight away.
