The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The stay itself was lovely. If we could give 10 stars we would. We accidentally forgot to empty the safe with our passports and cash and panicked. The security team worked with us to package up our belongings and we had a courier deliver them to us. It could have been a completely different outcome but The Tower Hotel helped fix this hiccup so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation with peace of mind. Special thanks to the General Manager and Security Team.

The room was hot. The AC was not working. I had to open windows and turn on the box fan provided in the room. But the view was great and moat specially the staff was pleasant and specially the cleaning team was superb! Thank you guys!

I loved the location which is picturesque and handy to the Tower Hill tube station. I found the eateries both inside and around the hotel very good. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional and the room was clean and well serviced. All in all I had a great experience and a wonderful holiday.

This hotel is, no doubt, a destination for its views of the Tower Bridge. They are spectacular. It is also next door to the Docks, which are lovely and offer several terrific restaurants and sights. However, the room itself is dated, lacks good ventilation/air, and housekeeping was a bit slack. No washcloths in bathroom. Limited towels. Stuffy. Older model coffeemaker, etc. But, really, how long do we stay in the room anyway; book this hotel for its views and proximity to the river walk, Tower Hotel, and Tower of London.

Staff are excellent, location is brilliant, view is spectacular (room with bridge view), bedroom is clean with a very comfy bed, and the double glazing is incredible! On the down side, the bathroom is very dated and in need of renovation. I expected better for the price paid.
