This hotel is lovely, room was big enough, nice and clean and great view of Tower Bridge. The downside is the lifts! They do not work well and we ended up walking up the stairs to the 6th Floor because they were just not arriving. The breakfast was also not worth £22 each. However, we would not hesitate to stay again!

Great service from the staff. The hotel is tired and needs a major re-vamp. Breakfast is basic and very limited for vegetarians and vegans - no hash browns! Bedrooms are spacious, old-fashioned and the showers need replacing. Outstanding views of the Thames. Very difficult leaving the property - limited footpath and very steep stairs. Great location for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Next time I’m going to book somewhere more central!

Very comfortable twin beds with an amazing view. They do need to upgrade certain things if they want to claim 5 star. I enjoyed the complimentary glass bottle water daily. Elevators were ridiculously slow many people were opting for the stairs which were not convienent. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and worth the 22$

When we entered the room it had a weird smell. We called the front desk and told them said they would send someone up to freshen. No one came. We opened the window and went out for a drink and something to eat. The next morning we discovered mold grow in the corner of the room and all the grout in the bath had mold as well. Great view but that’s it.

Good hotel but needs attention in a few areas

This is my second stay at The Tower Hotel. The room is comfortable though showing its agen in some of the decor. There was no heating so the room was cold. However, the bed was comfortable and duvet warm. Breakfast was expensive for £22. The coffe was too strong and bitter. There was no Earl Grey tea, but lors of herbal teas..... weird. Lunch in Vicinity was good, and the service was good. The bar was also good but service very dependant upon who was serving. The afternoon tea was reasonable and the adjustments requested were completed. The best thing about The Tower Hotel is its location for sightseeing.

Love Love Love !

Another fabulous nights stay at the Tower Hotel. Greeted by the lovely Hija on reception. Super friendly and very helpful. Great room, clean, excellent view over Tower Bridge. Bed so comfortable! Breakfast was lovely and so much variety in the self service buffet. Can't wait to come back again soon!

The location of the hotel is central with easy access to transportation and popular sites. There are also lots of dinning options within walking distance. If you are staying central then this is a great location. The staff especially the concierge are extremely polite and helpful. The housekeeping is less than desirable. I would say this is the inly knock to the hotel. The housekeeping standards are very poor. They will replace towels and make a bed but low standards. If there was one piece of feedback for the hotel it would be to improve housekeeping.

I stay here quite a bit as the location is great for the work things I have to do. I sort of love the shambolicness of this hotel 😂. Firstly the staff and breakfast are first rate. The rooms are very quiet, beds are comfortable and you get a decent nights sleep. But…the rooms are a lottery one time they are great the next time not so good. There is always something broken or not quite working how it should, the rooms are dated but I still probably wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Central London.

Great hotel in prime location, very competative price. Negative points; limited resturant menu, breakfast quite expensive, no mains socket near the bed. None of these would put me off staying again
