Overall, our experience was not pleasent. There were two elevators, one of them was not working. The gym is very small. The staff consistenly forgot to bring water to the room.

Great location, clean hotel! Nice staff!

Perfect location where we could hop onto the Underground and it was close to so many restaurants and museums right in the area. The staff was so friendly and professional. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits. Highly recommend!

1/2 block walk from Gloucester Rd Underground station (no lift from Piccadilly line platform, so have to carry bags up one flight of stairs before accessing lift, but otherwise very easy hike with bags). Several places to eat from across the street (Ask Italian is delicious) to 2 blocks away in addition to restaurant at hotel. Super friendly staff at front desk. Check-in isn’t officially until 3pm, but they’ll secure your bags for you soon as you get there so you can explore around without worrying about them. And they’ll let you into a room earlier than 3 if housekeeping manages to get one ready earlier. Room was very spacious with king bed, refrigerator and large washroom. 5-stars from us at this place!

This property was in an excellent location with lots of shopping and food. We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. We arrived very early and they were very kind to check in all our luggage and hold it until our rooms were available. The rooms are nice and spacious and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options and the staff was lovely. I would Definitely stay here again

For a family of four the room was a bit small. But overall great location, beds were very comfortable, so many dining options, and transportation was very close by. Staff was wonderful, always helpful.
