Our room was adequate, although with the camp bed for one child it became very cramped. The room was clean. The property was busy, and as a result the check in was slow. We appreciated, and enjoyed, the full breakfast buffet.

Great stay for our overnight connection at LHR. Room was super clean, bedding was spotless and beds including the twin beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was clean too! Not a huge room for our family of 4 (including 4 & 8 yr olds) but just enough for a comfy night rest before our long haul flight home. Secured luggage storage while we ventured into the city. Breakfast was excellent too; good selection of foods, super friendly service staff. For the price and proximity to the airport, definitely worth it! Public bus right outside the front entrance to get you to the tube and trains.

I missed my flight so I had to stay overnight and I had to get a hotel, recommended by a seasoned travler friend in London. This hotel had a shuttle to and from the airport and it was definitely above par for the price. The drinks and food were good too. I’m vegan and they had a few options even for me. The rooms are clean and well kept, the staff are very friendly. definitely would come back

This is a convenient hotel but the address is wrong. It is not 15 Bath Road which is not an area I would want to stay. 15 Bath road is 2 miles away in Harlow. The Premier Inn Heathrow is on the Northwest service road near Heathrow. Change the address on the internet.
