The hotel was larger than I had expected. Very nice! If you are a traveler from USA you will need a UK adapter. Good food in the restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay but was mislead by photos in the listing. This location did not have a soft play/ children’s area. Which was the main reason we booked here. Would have chose another location if I knew that. Overall the hotel was well kept and had a ton of amenities.

Fine if you don’t touch anything…

Carpets and common areas disgusting. Stained and smelly. Thankfully room was not as bad as the hallways. Very basic but room I had was reasonable modern. I suspect that’s because I upgraded. Thank goodness I did.

Include with reservations information on how to get to hotel from train station. Clarify that if you would like to be able to walk to terminal 3 then you should make reservations at the Premier Inn at terminal 4.

This is a great location for a night over when traveling. Staff is friendly and warm and the facilities are clean and spacious. Love the bussing service from terminals 2 and 3.

We had the quadruple room as it was the only room available at last minute booking. It was clean and the bed was comfortable The hallways were worn and carpet dirty and needed a new coat of paint For the price point it was a very good deal. Very close to Heathrow Airport. Get the 111 or 105 bus to and from the airport it’s quick and easy and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Everything is cashless so you have to tap your credit card

Bed Bug!

Bed bug! The hotel room looked lovely. The hallway looked totally dirty. We were bitten up come morning.
