I try to stay at Premier Inn when traveling, especially for the kind and helpful staff and spacious, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Only complaint isn’t their fault—-it is the clueless parents who allow their kids to run Wild and loud, racing in the halls. But that is everywhere, sadly. Another very nice stay.

I read the reviews before I booked it all the reviews were excellent That’s why I booked it. I think they buy reviews very very poor service at the restaurant they sell frozen pizza they don’t offer toothpaste or toothbrush only one towel in the bathroom very very very poor WiFi I will never go back there again

Didn’t eat there. Samantha was so welcoming and helpful when I checked in, and all staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was great. I try to book Premier Inn when possible.

Great stay, convenient location near the airport for a layover and quick visit to the city. Excellent breakfast and great staff. Room didn’t have any toilet paper and needed extra towels otherwise no issues. Nearby food options limited to KFC 10 min walk…although the have pizza deli from dominos. Additional info: from Heathrow take Hoppa (I believe line 9, just ask the driver) or go Heathrow Bus station and take Bus 105 to front of the hotel it runs 24 hours. The best option to go int the city is go to Heathrow bus station and take Piccadilly line to Piccadilly Circus. Important: if more than one person is travelling you must use a separate credit card for each traveler to enter and exit the station.

Pros- Room and bathroom clean Spacious room Bars and restaurants open till late with happy hour Helpful and friendly staff Quite Needs key to enter hallways Bus stops right outside to take you to the Tube Shuttle bus to and from the airport terminals for additional cost They have a scale to weigh your luggage Bed and pillows are comfortable Con Free Wi-Fi pretty slow so you may have to purchase their stronger one if you have to get some work done. I would definitely stay here again.
