My stay was fine until the housekeeping woke me up by trying to open my door at 9:30pm. When they realized the deadlock was on they walked away only to return at 9:45pm knocking. When I asked what they wanted, the answer the gave was to ask if my room was clean? Really bizarre and I have never experienced this in any hotel. I mentioned this to reception on checkout and they said yes housekeeping work until like 11pm. Just some feedback for the hotel - firstly people have flights to catch very early so they shouldn’t be knocking late. Secondly, if this was a solo female then I’d expect that a lady might be more frightened. It should not be happening and I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Temperature of room was too high, unable to adjust as thermostat in room showed “error”. TV initially not working because the cable connection was not hooked up. I discovered this and fixed myself. Very loose connection. Hairdryer stopped working after 30 seconds. Rooms should be inspected at every cleaning to make sure all facilities are functioning properly.

Great runway views

Runway suite was spacious, and bed super comfortable. Good space for working. Soap dispensers impractical location for bathtub. Air con turned off after a short time, and room got stuffy overnight. Loved view of the airport
