Good service, clean rooms but very small, TV could have been of better quality, atleast a smart TV for guest to be able to access their TV apps. Breakfast was okay. Would not consider it to be a 4 star hotel. I've been to a better 3 star hotel in the States.

The room, halls, reception were sll clean. Transportation was easy as the bus station was right outside. We did manage to check in early which was great. The room smelt kinda odd, so im not sure what they used to clean but not my favourite smell in the world.

Great except for one thing.

Overall a very nice hotel to stay at around Heathrow - great service, clean and good sized room and pretty quiet for being just off airport property. The huge downside was that they don't have their own airport shuttle (utilize something called Hotel Hoppa) which was extremely slow (waited for almost an hour at the airport) and cost 14 pounds per person round trip.

We needed a last minute bed before an early morning flight. Couldn’t have been easier. Team on the desk were helpful / efficient. We had our keys in 2 mins and were in the room in 5. Clean, big bed - perfect fit for that last minute change of plan

The room was compact, but very well-appointed and comfortable. The beds were fantastic as was the bedding and pillows. The location is convenient for the airport but manages to do a great job of blocking out both airplane and road noise. Staff were friendly and efficient. No complaints!
