The hotel that looks after everything - the place you stay at when you didnt know you needed to stay. Very efficiently designed - everything I needed plus more. Spotlessly clean & tidy. Quiet location. Very basic amenities though - I would have appreciated a shower cap or something!

I don’t understand why they don’t have at the room the shower cup the pads the body cream!! When you call from the room , 2 Times no answered so I had to go down y to reception to get them !! Room service they charger the used of the tray plus service charge! I have been in many hotels and never saw that!

Convenient and delicious

I often stay at this hotel upon arriving or the night before I leave London. It cuts down on travel time on flying days. The staff is always cheerful and inviting and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The best thing though is restaurant which usually has interesting soup or salad offerings in addition to traditional British fare.

Pamper yourself!

Perfect stop before trip from airport. Wonderful bed and shower. Clean, comfortable, safe - I felt pampered. Easy to get to and from Heathrow. Breakfast was fine but a bit expensive. Worth it for convenience tho.

Good option for night before a flight

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Booked our ride to the airport for the next morning for us. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative was the restaurant experience. While the menu sounded very enticing, the dishes did not live up to their descriptions. One meal (steak) had to be sent back because it was definitely not cooked to order.

Very clean and comfortable!

We just stayed at the Hyatt Heathrow for 24 hours (2 nights) while attending a family wedding - We very, very impressed with the overall experience, from the polite check-in staff to cleanliness of the room.... The sound-proof windows were also amazing. (we loved watching the planes land and take off just across the street without hearing a sound!). Well deserve a great Review - We will definitely come back to this Hotel. Thank you Team Hyatt!!!

Convenient hotel to stay in for an early morning departure from Heathrow. Two options to get to airport: airport shuttle (for a cost per person) that goes from one hotel to the next in the area or UBER (for a cost for group). Uber turned out to be most convenient for us. Could choose our own pic-up time. Restaurant in the hotel, for dinner and breakfast, was excellent.
