Great room, great service and very clean.....

The rooms were very clean, the staff were extremely helpful with ANY questions you had, very courteous and extremely friendly. Great place to stay and very quiet even though we were just 2 miles from Heathrow Airport. Dinner was great, and breakfast in the morning had everything you needed all for reasonable price. Definitely recommend staying at Ibis Styles London Heathrow. Only thing i would add, it would have been nice to have a fridge in our room. That was the only thing i would have changed.

Parking is a Scam

Hotel parking issued me a ticket / PCN even though I paid as directed at front desk. Having to waste time appealing, even if they will eventually sort it. No receipt was offered to me for the parking either, so having to just show my card statment / bank app as proof. Like it’s designed to make it hard to appeal.

Carpet in the room was not clean. The soap dispenser was broken and would only provide the tiniest amount of soap. The tea in the room didn't taste good. The hotel hoppa service doesn't stop here and you have to walk over to Radisson Red to pick it up. Staff were not the friendliest and didn't help when I brought up issues. I was disappointed with the experience. I won't be staying there again.
