We liked the location of the hotel.being a short trip from the arrivals terminal. What we didn’t like was the slow check in and no porter for luggage .

Hotel close to terminal 5

Food options were limited. I tried the steak restaurant and it was ok but nothing special. Limited options to go back to the airport (terminal 5)

Nice restaurant on property was convenient. Room was great and very comfortable. Would stay here again when a room close to Heathrow is needed.

Decent hotel near Heathrow airport. Breakfast buffet was really good. On site restaurant was good. Not great, but good. Bar on site has food available although we didn't eat there. Drinks seemed a little pricey.... But then again, it is in the greater London area.

Friendly staff but paper-thin walls?

The staff were great from check in to the restaurant. But the room itself seemed to have little sound proofing. Plumbing and talking from neighboring rooms made getting to sleep tough.

A Sheraton stay is always perfect. The rooms are always impeccable. And the staff are first class. Thats why we return time after time. The Sheraton at Colnbrook is our favourite. We love staying here and wouldnt consider anywhere else.
