I tried getting through to the hotel prior to arrival as we were running late.i called and called and called no one ever answered.
I requested and Paid for 2 rooms. 2 adults in each room. I requested a bottle of wine be sent to my brother and his wife's room before we arrived. I asked the man who checked us in if they had done this. He said "I don't know! Just go check the room and if it's not there call "0" and they will help you. The wine was not at the room and I dialed "0" but no one answered. I called and called. Still no answer. I had to go back down to the registration and wait in a long line to be told they heeded payment for the wine. I assumed it was included in the registration. They could have told me that when I checked in. So much for surprising my brother and his wife and the bottle was a small bottle not a teg sized bottle of wine like I thought I was purchasing. Disappointing!!
Than the room had no heat. Only Air conditioning. I froze. I called the desk after midnight . . . They answered and said they would have to bring me a heater in 30 minutes. An hour later I had to call them again. Eventually they delivered a space heater.
The refrigerator in the room was warm and did not keep any of my drinks or left over food cold
We were forced to pay for parking but there was no place to park out rental car because they had a conference going on and they had all the parking. We had to pull our rental car into a bush at the end of one of the rows
