The price for the area was good. It was clean&quite. When you are at terminal 5 get the bus 423 bus stop 6 it goes directly next to the parking lot of the hotel to your right, make sure get off at second stop from airport. After first stop push the stop button on the bus so the driver can stop at the second stop by the hotel. The bus stop going back to terminal was right across from hotel to your right. It takes you directly to Airport. For payment was easy just tap your credit card for each person on your group. There is drop box for hotel at reception for check out.

It was a bit of a surprise that the Premier Inn at Terminal 5 is actually a 20 pound cab ride from Terminal 5. Otherwise, the property, staff and room were nice. The best thing about the location is the walk to The White Horse pub which was a very nice old pub and friendly locals and servers.

Good lighting in the rooms, creates a perfect ambiance for a good night sleep. Great breakfast, perfect prior to our flight back. Short Uber ride to Heathrow. Great value than any hotels in central London.

Hotel is not in the terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that goes once every hour and cost about 7 pounds each way. There is also a local bus option , but I did not see is in property description. Room is OK , but carpet was durty... There ws a coffie and tes in tht room. That ws good for our late arrival.

Clean updated hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Conveniently located close to Terminal 5, which is why we stayed. Everyone staying is for the same purpose, Terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that runs every half hour to Terminal 5. Easiest and cheapest way to the airport. Stops right outside the front door of the hotel. We had a family room. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would stay again.

This was an excellent hotel choice for our 2 night stay in London, when we had to be near the Heathrow airport. 6 minutes away from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus 423, the station was right in front of the hotel. The room was completely sound-proof, extremely clean, crisp bedsheets, very comfortable beds and quality bedding, AC, modern, nothing to complain about. Check-in and check-out was fast, we enjoyed a nice late night dinner at their restaurant, breakfast was also excellent, with hot breakfast items, English breakfast, fruits, pastries, good coffee and really nice and friendly staff. There are also vending machines with snacks available, they also have a coffee shop. We were very pleased, and we would book this hotel over and over again.

Key card cutting machine wasn’t working upon arrival so I was awarded a skeleton key that opens every door in the hotel! And so was everyone else! That means everyone could’ve opened anyone’s door unless bolted from the inside. In my opinion this is further evidence the world is now over-engineered but I genuinely couldn’t sleep

Everything was great besides the location It was almost a kilometer from the terminal. If you landing after 10pm you need to take an Uber. During the day time there are a shuttle every 45 min and it cost extra 15 pounds … for my family of 3 it was almost extra $50 just to get to the hotel Not very convenient
