Well located

Overall the hotel was nice, and location was ideal for our weekend away. We stayed in a master suite which was very well proportioned and in a quiet location. Bed was very firm and room is stating to become a bit tired especially the bathroom. Checkin was slow due to a number of customers all requesting to collect bags from all the hotel staff, even those behind us in the line at reception queue jumped, which was frustrating, which ended up with us standing at the desk for some time waiting to check in. Lounge access, variety of drinks available ok, but each time we tried to use the facilities we ended up requiring assistance due to no bottle opener, no clean glasses or the coffee machine was out of order.

We arrived too early to check in to our room and then were out until late evening but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We couldn't fault anything about our stay, and would come back again or try one of their other hotels

Hotel very nice, convenient and walkable. Our room was just too hot - despite asking for air on to be turned on, from heat mode. Fortunately there was a balcony door we could have open all night Breakfast was excellent. Adam in the bar was very engaging and a credit to the hotel

Just enough out of the way from tourist central, so great location that is tucked away from the main road with it's own court yard, but close enough to walk to for the nearby theatres etc. Plenty of bars and places to eat near the hotel though...Room was large and very very comfy, with good amenities in the room.... Staff very helpful and very friendly...

I have stayed at the Apex close to 10 times, over the past 10 years. The rooms are very comfortable and reasonably spacious for London. The area around the hotel is quite quiet, and few restaurants in immediate vicinity. Their own restaurants are acceptable but can be quiet in the evenings

Fabulous Hotel - Wonderful staff

Our week long stay at the Apex Temple Court was perfect. We stayed in the Signature Suite, which was lovely. The hotel is beautiful, convenient and every corner of the establishment was meticulously maintained. The staff was fantastic, friendly and completely guest focused, willing to assist with every need or request. The hotel restaurant, The Chambers, was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the wait staff was lovely. We could have eaten every meal there and been perfectly satisfied. We visited for our son's 16th birthday and the hotel staff made our stay very special. We will definitely be back, knowing there are so many hotel options in London, we still stay at the Apex Temple Court everytime. And the Rodeo donuts 3 minutes away were amzing as well!!

I always have a fantastic stay at Apex Temple Court. The staff are consistently amazing—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to Covent Garden, St. Paul’s, and other central London attractions, with good access to the Tube as well. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds, though a choice of pillows would be a nice touch. The shower is outstanding, and the selection of tea and coffee in the room is great, with the option of fresh milk being a real plus. However, the blackout blinds could be more effective at keeping out the light. It’s great to have a wide selection of TV channels, though I found that many of them didn’t work. That aside, I’ve stayed here five times and will definitely continue booking in the future. A consistently great experience!
