Not as good as Apex city of London

The bathroom was freezing throughout our 2 night stay. There was a heated towel rail that simply didn't get hot and subsequently the room never warmed up. Other than that, the room was good and the bed was comfortable. We were given a discount card that gave us 20% discount on drinks throughout the stay and and the second time we used it, the barman took it off me stating it was a mistake and actually a single use card. We were then changed £27.75 for 2 drinks and when I checked the drinks menu, these should have been around £24. I then went to reception and asked about the discount card and they confirmed it was in fact valid throughout our stay and they provided a replacement card. Pretty poor performance really for a hotel of this alleged quality. We have previously stayed at the Apex city of London and that was in a different league and I would say a full star above Apex Temple Court in terms of customer service.

A lovely welcome by Cameron at reception, made more so by being upgraded to a beautiful large room. A great choice that doesn’t break the bank (for the standard of hotel) if you’re after a weekend break.

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic stay! Dropped our bags off earlier in the day before a work event, the hotel organised us a taxi to the venue. Checked in late in the day but all staff pleasant and helpful. The room was really nice, the bed was so comfy with the best pillows! All the little extras (including the little Apex duck) was a great touch! Highly recommended cant wait to stay again

Great hotel tucked away in a small courtyard just off Fleet Street. We had a 30 minute casual walk to the theatres in Soho on Saturday night, and a 20 minute walk to the Globe. The hotel was clean, very comfortable and excellent staff. The room had a generous bath and large shower. Overall excellent stay.

An excellent hotel for my business trips, but could also be a great spot for a fun stay. Food from the restaurants is really delicious and all staff attentive. Rooms are lovely and spacious. This is my fifth stay here.
