The area around the property was nice & its proximity to Woodbury Commons can’t be beat. Beyond that it is difficult to say anything positive about this property. The furniture was dusty, bathtub had numerous chips, one mini bar of soap (no shampoo or bodywash in the wall dispensers and no conditioner dispenser at all) and the supposedly nonsmoking room reeked of weed. Stay away.

Convenable pour une seule nuit

Séjour convenable pour une nuit, même si tout n’était pas parfait. Pour moins de 150 $ canadiens, le rapport qualité-prix était tout à fait acceptable. L’accueil en soirée a été très chaleureux, le monsieur à la réception était particulièrement sympathique. L’emplacement est excellent pour profiter des Outlets à proximité.

Our room was not fit for a stay. It was filthy. There were few cars in the parking lot. My guess is that the room we were given has not been used recently. There were cobwebs and spiders. The floor was filthy. My daughter took off her shoes and walked to the bed and the bottom of her socks were black. There was no shampoo or body wash is the containers in the shower. There were stains on the towels. The shower handle was loose. The shower was old with rust spots. There was a large window in the bathroom which was frosted but had no curtain or shade and we weren’t sure if the bathroom could be seen outside. The bathroom door would not close. The lamp in the room was broken. It was after 9 when we arrived and we were exhausted. If I thought we had another viable option, we would have left. We felt uncomfortable laying on the sheets as we did not trust they were clean. I paid for the stay with Expedia points. Can this be refunded for me? It was not acceptable. Expedia should stop using this property. It was rated as good. The rating was misleading. I did not expect a modern resort but I expected an up to date, clean room to use for the night.

Average room. Not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were fine and had an uninterrupted sleep despite being on ground floor. Walking distance to Woodbury Commons.

Excellent place to stay! Front desk was extremely helpful. Room was clean and just what we needed! Hotel is not far from West Point and there are plenty of food and shopping options close by!
