The room was very clean. Check-in was smooth. They were able to store my bags without issue since I arrived early when I was departing late both at check-in and checkout bags were stored efficiently. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of many shopping areas and local restaurants Close enough yet far enough to be quiet.

This hotel looks much better in photos than it does in reality. In person, it’s a very plain and ordinary business hotel with small, simple rooms. The location is reasonably convenient, with easy access to Tokyo Station and the subway network, which made getting around the city straightforward. Overall, it was a practical and functional place to stay, but among all the accommodations on our trip, it was the least memorable.

Great location & amazing staff. Minutes from shopping stores and has everything you need in case you forget any personal items and has washer and dryer. It even has a 7-11 right in front of the hotel for any needs.

Evening male staff on the 24th of Nov was very rude, its a family trip and we booked two separate rooms, while the room was not clean since we didn't put the clean tagged at the door. We only asked for clean towel, the female staff was nice to provide us with the towel, but male staff was very rude said that, we didn't put the tagged and this is Japan rule, the overall response from this male staff really disappointing.

Everyone was friendly and check in was easy. I loved the amenities in the lobby. I had forgotten my toothbrush and I was able to pick one up at the amenities stand. Location was the best! Across the street from a convenience store and near lots of restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

All good. The room is simply too small for 2 people. No place in the room to sit or chill. Not even enough room to fully open two small luggage and leave them open. Wish had put the square footage for the 2 twin bed room. They did for others.

Hotel was typical, smaller style of hotel in Japan but very nice. Room came with a tub as well as plentiful amenities in the lobby. But more importantly the staff were amazing. It is a very busy hotel with many tourists constantly coming in and out and the patience of the front desk staff were always helpful, encouraging and efficient. Great English as well.
