We had a great stay It’s an excellent location close to the train stations.Walkable to imperial palace and fish market and lots of shopping areas. Rooms are small but that’s Japan The kettle and sm fridge are great Lots of coffee and tea for you to take to your room in the lobby The 7 eleven across the street is so convenient Also if you have a Sucia card which is a must for the trains you can top it up at the 7 elevens We would definitely recommend this hotel for a enjoyable stay

Great location. We stayed on the 12th floor, the premium floor. The room was Tokyo tiny. The room was not so clean and there was hair all over. The bed was not comfortable and the things they tried to pass off as pillows were a joke.

Location is excellent and is walking distance to all the top tourist spots in Tokyo. Only issue was the size of the room and cleanliness of the bathroom. The strict cleaning policy for the room was too strict as I usually don’t need my room cleaned and there was no way around it. But that aside overall it was a great stay

Checkin was easy and not too far from the station. There was a convenience store across the street and they had a water/ice dispenser in the lobby, as well as a seating area. It was quiet and I did not find the small room uncomfortable.

Great value and close to Tokyo Station.

Great price for this area in Tokyo. Very safe area and although was busy, wasn’t crowded like other areas are. Close to transport links and is walkable from Tokyo Station with luggage, about 15 minutes, I deliberately chose this area as I wanted to use the airport bus and not have to negotiate stairs on transport with a large case and hand luggage. There is a convenience store across the street and fast food options close by. There is an area in the hotel to sit and eat own food, also different vending machine’s. Everything was very clean and modern. Room was small but functional, as it is in many Japanese hotels that charge a greater price. I didn’t need to store my luggage on departure day on this trip but there was luggage everywhere in the reception area, although it was chained together, it was in the open.

The room was very small, similar to an inside cabin of a cruiseship. The bed and pillows were not uncomfortable. Towels can be changed everyday but housekeeping only after 3rd night. Keep expectations to a minimum and you won’t be disappointed.
