The hotel was clean, in a good location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We shared a tiny room with 2 single beds. Space was very limited. There was no wardrobe space, only a few hooks on the wall. There was no room for my friend to walk past my bed without having to sit on the end of the bed. The bathroom was great. Excellent facilities and fantastic water pressure in the shower. The hotel was a great base, just don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

The staff, amenities and location made our trip to Tokyo wonderful. Location is walking distance to subways, restaurant options and shops. The staff are all very professional, from the front desk to housekeeping.

The hotel has a perfect location for shopping ! The rooms are small but clean and of course safe. It is close to both Ginza station and Tokyo station.

I am a solo traveller - small but just enough for 1 person. Expected in Tokyo. Clean room. Good supply of toiletries. Friendly and professional staff. Location is okay. Mid way between 2 metro stations. Quiet area of GINZA. Not too much options for a foodie. If you are looking for diverse selection of Japanese cuisine, this may not be the area for you. But good hotel price. SHIBUYA and SHINJUKU are both 15-20 min train ride. Walk to a train station is about 10 minutes minimum. For a first time in Tokyo, without children. I recommend this place for the value and location. However, if you want more energy… pick within SHIBUYA and SHINJUKU Some of the train lines closes at 11:45 pm. So if you plan of staying out late, expect to ride a cab
