Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very polite and professional. The location was close-ish to Tokyo station. It was about an 11Min walk to Tokyo station but a little less than that to get on the Ginza line. Overall good area. The room was the biggest out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Japan which was nice considering we needed space for our luggage’s and souvenirs.
One gripe I had was if we needed new towels I would have to go to the front desk to ask which wasn’t a big deal especially since we didn’t put the cleaning sign on our doors because we had stuff out and didn’t want people coming into clean. I only bring that up because the other hotels we stayed at would leave us new towels and toiletries every day on our door handle without us having the clean-my-room sign on the door. Again not a big issue but just something to keep in mind.
Another BIG plus was there is a 7 eleven less than a 30 second walk away from the front entrance of the hotel
The room was spacious considering that many hotels in the center of Tokyo are small (efficient). Lots of restaurant options near the hotel. Transportation options within 5-10 minutes walking.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
For North American travellers, the standard rooms are very small at this property. We had two twin beds and there was barely enough room to stand in the room. Each bed had one small pillow. There was a bunch of dust and garbage under the beds - likely because there is no room for the cleaners to get under the bed. No one was at the desk for check out early in the morning but maybe that is the norm. Great location with high end shopping district, restaurants and many train lines nearby
The lobby area was pretty nice but often crowded and full of held bags. There was basically no amenities, two uninteresting vending machines and only two clothes washing machines for the whole building. These machines would almost always be full and your clothes would never be fully dry so you needed the extra dry option. But if you were just a couple late the staff might remove them so others could use them leaving you with damp clothes. Staff was also clearly burnt out on dealing with foreigners because they were not very welcoming unlike my four other stays in Japan.
We stayed in Ginza for our last night in Tokyo - The hotel was in a perfect location to explore all of the lovely shops and restaurants nearby. The room was compact but had everything we needed. You can pick up all your room amenities from the main lobby and they had everything. There is a nice communal area where you can buy tea and coffee and an icemaker etc. The location is perfect, very close to Tokyo Station and also to the lines that get you to Narita airport which was good. Would definitely stay again.
