They had left dirty gloves laying on the AC unit and then their was a guy that was pulling a woman by the arm and slung her into the vehicle they were in. I called and reported it to the frint desk.

The hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana. The pull-out couch had blood on it (old and newer) along with other stains and dirt with us unable to use it despite paying for it. There were dead bugs behind the sofa (not cockroaches). In the bathroom there was mildew on the ceiling. The windowsills were filled with dirt/ grime. The floors were clean however the presence of the room being dirty reflected with the decision made not to walk barefoot on the floors due to the condition. We only slept and left immediately upon waking. Staff were shown the photos of the pull-out bed with the staff taking copies of the photos for their records. Overall, it could have been cleaner, however the room served its purpose for us which was to get sleep.

A roach crawled across the bed before I can even get comfortable not to mention that I couldn't use the television because there was no remote! Then I walked all the way back to the office and asked for one and was told they will get one for me tomorrow! Knowing I can't work the TV without it
