Excellent hotel Canary Wharf

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff. Great VFM. Superb location for DLR, Tube and Elizabeth Line. Excellent for Canary Wharf and all amenities. Great dock side location. Excellent for London Docklands Museum.

It’s like a soulless Citizen M. Quite charmless. My rule on chain hotels is that they should have a good shower, good bed, good soundproofing. It fell short on the last test. I was near the hotel entrance and could hear a lot of noise. Handy for transport etc otherwise.

The booking was for a twin room and breakfast. The hotel was having renovations which meant the breakfast was not available. No prior communication on this had been made. The rooms are very small, with no cupboard space, just fold out shelves on the wall.

Great location for London Marathon weekend. Easy to get to Expo, start and back from finish. Room was small but had everything you need with clever use of space. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Building work was going on which could have been advised in advance ,(maybe it was). Would stay again

The room was clean and comfortable. Couldnt ask for more. The guy who greeted us at reception (i think Kasim) was really lovely, genuinely nice. The lady working with him was great. They made us feel really welcome, offered snacks/refeshments and even advised about local maintenance works thay shouldnt upset the peace at night. Really good

Friendliest staff ever.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They have us so much advice about getting around London. There is a restaurant close with very reasonable prices and good food. We ate there for breakfast and dinner. Walking to a huge mall and the train station was about 15 minutes. There is also a free museum close by, and the hotel kept our luggage while we went to the museum the morning of checkout. They tell you on the website that the rooms are tiny, and they are. If you have ever been on a cruise in an inside room, that room is bigger. There was barely room for the bed. The room was clean. We didn't have a problem with outside noise, but we had a room without a window. We stayed two nights and it served our need for a place to stay in London.
