Staff are exceptional, so personable and engaging. Phoned up to the room to check and make sure we had settled in okay.
In conversation it came up that it’s my birthday this weekend and after I came back from dinner, they had brought up a complimentary dessert and card which was a nice touch.

Room bed/pillows very uncomfortable. Bathroom poor shower and drainage. Very dark,poorly lit room overlooking an internal corridor!
We booked this hotel after missing our flight from Heathrow, and upon explaining that to the front desk they massively helped us by allowing us to check in early. Hotel was great, though the pool and spa aren’t great for kids!
Overall, would definitely stay again.
Hotel and room was great and as expected. However our experience the next morning was nothing short of appalling.
45 minutes for breakfast to arrive and when it did the order was wrong. Bacon included with a Vegan request, no beans (oh, these came out 10 minutes after we had finished eating) and also completely forgot that we asked for some gluten free bread.
The other breakfast order came with Vegan Saudages and was told that they had run out of meat sausages. Confused by this as orders after ours came out with meat sausages. At no point was anything explained and it wasn't until we complained at the end that somebody apologised. Was told that we wouldn't be charged but still had to pay £15 each for the experience. Would never eat there again.
The room is superb, clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable as well. Have a nice recharge there. About the pool as it is not located within hotel, i think its better mentioned as additional to hotel guests and prepare one-time lock for hotel guests so we can also enjoy the experience better.
