Lovely staff, great breakfast, good location.

The reception team were lovely and efficient. The breakfast was very food and the restaurant very well maintained. The staff were really good. The room was an upgrade and had great views. Sadly things like no shower curtain or screen meant water went all over the floor and soaked the shower mat. The mirror needed a new battery and there was only one pair of slippers. Probably not for everyone but we use them after the shower. That was the main reason we reduced our score on cleanliness. Someone had even written their name in the steamed up windiw during our stay. Strange.

Excellent staff worked very very hard to make your stay great cant praise them enough, the food was aslo excellent price is a little high but when you see quantity and quality it is well worth every penny, i would give 6 stars if i could clean, smart, staff go out of their way for you i will definitely recom3nd and stay again,, my only gripe is the glass door on the bathroom but most hotels are the same,,,, EXCELLENT STAY

Staff was rude and did not accommodate my early check in request. They also did not help me with my bags even when I had a toddler with me. Also no cookie offered, I ended up going to doubletree Chelsea where the staff accommodated my requests and were super friendly

We used this hotel as we were going to see a show at the O2 and we were super happy with our choice. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive. There was no noice from other guests or lifts etc. Could've have asked for better and would book again!
