Housekeeping was my biggest issue the toilet was not cleaned in the first room that I was given and the air was not working properly in the second one….the bathroom is out dated….and the bed are roller beds that move when you do because they are not connected to the head board…..housekeeping left stains of liquid on the walls and closet in the first room that I was given

This was our second stay at the Clayton Chiswick. Very welcoming staff, clean hotel, nice amenities. As it is a large hotel that hosts many groups and events, it can be a bit noisy at times. It's understandable. Room was always cleaned and back in order when we returned from our day out.

Had a decent nights sleep here, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Didn’t use any communal areas but looked ok. Some parts of the room looking a little tired, triangular toilet not exactly the height of comfort!

A good hotel situated in Chiswick, staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and a decent size with a big bathroom. Drinks prices are the same in the local bars.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was well lit. Housekeeping was very good; I asked for a top sheet for the bed and they kept one on each time they changed the sheets. Often I have to ask everyday for a new one! My only complaint was that there was no mini fridge in the room. There was a space for one, it had clearly been removed at some point and we were told that if we wanted a fridge we would have to upgrade our room and pay an extra 30 poubds per night which was worh it to us.
