The hotel was spotless but there were a few things that weren’t great. We had no hot water from the shower on one of the days during our 2 night stay, and the restaurant food was over priced and bland. The pool facilities were terrible, pool was small and no staff were monitoring. Signage stated no diving and games but there were 2 men that dived straight in the poll and then proceeded to play catch with a ball! The steam room and sauna was not working. Overall, I would say overpriced and not worth what we paid. I’ve stayed in better, and payed less.

Disappointed
Chose to stay here again this year after a stay last Summer. Was disappointed this time round. On check in (at 5pm) we were told our room was not ready and we're allocated another. We arrived in the room and it had not been set up for us, the floor was also sticky, not impressed. Reported this to reception who sent someone to clean the room and set up the sofa bed. Then to our surprise the person from reception arrived and said we had been allocated another room. We went to that room and it had not been set up either!! They set it up again, but we discovered the partition door would not shut!! Cue another trip reception! This too was fixed, the door had come of it's hanging runner. The next morning we discovered the air con was not working properly, the room was at 25c. Another call to reception! The saga was not over as a couple of days later we had to get the air con fixed again!!! The hotel did offer us compensation, but it is a real shame that such a nice hotel has been let slide so much in the space of a year. Also we ate at the restaurant, food was OK, but we had to wait over an hour for it!!. Don't think we will ever return here to stay again.
We arrived, were charged extra to get into room early. We were told sauna and steam room as well as pool available. When we went there sauna and steam room had to be switched on by staff so you needed to notify earlier. We went for food, but was advised fryer was broken so limited options. We headed for the bar only to find it shut for that day. Went out elsewwhere, but came back to watch a movie and connect via chrome cast as the tv suggested, when it didnt work asked at reception and was told they no longer did that service.At bedtime room air con didnt work so room was at 28 degrees , we complained and they did move us. But overall for the high price tag it just wasnt goid enough.
Staff at hotel were super helpful - Abigail and team at reception, Monica at restaurant and her team, Mohammed and Christine in housekeeping.
All did their best to make our stay memorable.

But after that was not keen to have any breakfast or meals there
