Brilliant hotel for the price

Was surprised with the hotel for the price, included a little kitchen area and had everything we needed. Only bad part was the bed being very noisy if I turned over while sleeping it woke me up. Breakfast area is very compact. A rude person stole my chair when getting breakfast so me and my little one had to move.

Lovely Bedroom and Bathroom

To be honest the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, very enjoyable breakfast, very positive experience. I am registered disabled, originally had a unit overlooking a building site. It was a Sunday everything quite outside. For own peace of mind, requested change of room which was enthusiastically applied. My new unit was on same floor and was a disability enhanced offering. Everything great in that aspect . The main lounge area had minimal natural light plus one of the windows was very dirty. The layout of the area was rather unappealing. The bedroom was lovely and large ,however very little natural light yet again due to the small windows and the outside walkways. I have very mixed views on the accommodation therefore not able to form an opinion. If the rate is reasonable and outweighs the short comings of the unit I would certainly book again. Unfortunately the lounge area is very poorly designed with the added effect of minimal natural lighting especially in the kitchen area. The area gives a rather negative vibe.

Although the property is situated down a random road, it’s only 10 mins by car to the centre of town. Near to everything. I had a car so not sure if you are walking how to get anywhere. The property itself was lovely. My room was just great and air conditioned Like a small apartment. Would def stay here again. Breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location for the station, and easily walkable into town. Quiet location. Great stay, room was lovely - functional and modern. Main areas and lounge were nice. Breakfast good although only available until 9.30 which might be a little early to finish for some people. Will definitely stay here again. Also, I left a ring in the bathroom downstairs when washing my hands. Staff found it and gave it back. Wonderful! So I am now very loyal to this brand. Great stay and recommend it for both business and visiting the city.

A stunning hotel with exceptional service!

I cannot believe how lovely this hotel stay was. Initially it was picked because it was the cheapest with a good central location so I didn’t have too many expectations. But on arrival the ladies in reception were fantastic. Very very friendly. The room was then beautiful. Far better than expected. The breakfast the next day was very busy but we went at the exact time they warned it was the busiest so our own fault! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Residence Inn for Chris Brown's concert, it's situated in a reasonable distance from the stadium. Our stay was unreal, the rooms are stunning and the whole building itself is gorg. Would deffo recommend. The next time we are in Manny overnight, we'll be booking again! :) xx

Got free early check in. We had a couple of issues and all rectified ASAP Nothing was a problem, all staff very friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Although when hotel full there is not enough seating. Would recommend and stay again in the future.
