Amazing facility, the staff are beyond friendly and the service was exceptional. Just be prepared to pay alot more than you expect. We paid for a high end suite, 9 nights and the only thing included was breakfast. All the amenities are for a fee, things you'd get in most places included with the room. On average you can expect to drop $200-300 CAD a day extra, on top of an already expensive stay.

Stayed in the Ocean Dream room. Enjoyed the shuttle to/from station and close proximity to Tokyo Disney, easy check in, staff very attentive, breakfast had variety, room was clean, bed was comfy, shops were convenient and view was beautiful. Liked the easy access pick up point for airport limousine bus as well. Had a really great stay.

The only downside to this hotel is the traffic at the lifts/elevator. There are no access to stairs. Overall, the staff are very helpful, fast, efficient and friendly. We will surely recommend this hotel to family, friends and colleagues.

The room given to us for 6 people was very cramped. If it were that tight, we might have instead booked 2 rooms. Barely fit us with our luggage. Otherwise very clean rooms.
