Very close to Disneyland & DisneySea with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were all so incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. There are various restaurants for breakfast & dinner located in the hotel and where very reasonably priced and delicious.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort. The breakfast was terrible — very limited options and poor quality. The pillows were horrendous, flat and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt outdated, with old and unnecessary decor that really needs an upgrade. To make matters worse, I found long hairs both in the bathroom and on the bed sheets — completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially given the many better options available nearby.

The perfect place to stay for a visit to Tokyo Disney Resort if you want convenience, fun theming, transportation to the parks and don’t need anything fancy. It was really easy to get to the hotel via the monorail and then hotel bus. The bus to and from the parks each day was convenient and reliable! The hotel has a Disney store and a convenience store for snacks and drinks. The economy room was a bit old but had a very fun captains quarters theme and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The ceiling looked like the night sky with the lights off! Not much space for luggage but it worked for me. I would stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for fairly priced, relatively inexpensive accommodations within the Disney Tokyo resort!

Our stay here was just to go to Disneyland. It was very conveniently located. My son got sick in the night and the staff were very helpful providing new bedding and extra towels.

Property is only a 15 mins walk to Disneyland. Add another 15 mins to DisneySea. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to Lawsons convenience store at the Hilton only 7 mins walk away.

It was just OK. They nickel and dime guests for everything. The buffet is super over priced and mediocre. No real other options for food nearby unless you are willing to taxi. So the options are a mini mart, expensive mediocre buffet, and super expensive reservation only French restaurant. Bus to Disneyland was convenient, but next time I’m going to stay further away from Disneyland so that we have more dining options.

We have stayed at most of the resort hotels by Bayside station. This had to be one of the cleanest rooms. It is walkable like 12-13 min walk to Bayside stations. Definitely one of the furthest hotels from Bayside. The bus at Bayside station does come every 8-10 mins, after a long day it’s easier to take the bus. There is a convienent store downstairs in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent. Overall would stay again.
