Had a fabulous time. Hotel lovely. Room really well equiped and bath huge. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very professional had a meal for husbands 60th and all courses and service was fantastic. Only complaint was pillows too flat. Otherwise would definately recommend staying at the Arden. Great location too.Parking really good.
Brilliant location, good parking, our room bathroom bit hadn't been emptied, toilet roll holder coming off the wall , other wise excellent, in the main dinning area, was closed to residents for private party which we wasn't informed, so we eat out.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of everything,
The hotel itself is tired and could with some sprucing up.
Breakfast was small portions.
Staff were lovely & helpful
Great location just across the road from RSC. Good to have parking available. Room was lovely. Need to be fit to manage all the stairs. Friendly staff.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very good and onsite parking for £10/stay welcome. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good.
Main thing that stops us giving 5 stars is the mattress which we found very firm and we both woke each morning with back and hip ache (we normally have medium firm mattresses and don't normally have a problem when staying away).
Also watch out for the 20% service charge added to the meal bill - we missed it at the time. This is well above the UK norm for good service!!
We had a lovely stay at the Arden. The room was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were all so polite, efficient and just fantastic in general. We would definitely return.

The hotel bedrooms were disappointing in decor and were uninviting, they did not match the frontage of the hotel and restaurant.
The staff were polite and very helpful.
Enjoyable and comfortable stay. Pleasant, helpful and friendly staff.
Chef was able to prepare a variation of their breakfast menu for me too. Thank you.
