A Short distance from the Cruise Terminal

A pretty good location (just a short distance) from the cruise terminal. Cost about 5 pounds for taking the Uber from the cruise terminal.

Key cards failed frequently but we were helped by the wonderful Katey at the front desk! She was truly an ambassador of the Ibis brand! Hotel provides a great , walkable location to the cruise terminals , shopping and more! Try there pizza!!

The front desk people were exceptional! Friendly and always attentive, a plus for the company. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was ultra clean although we found the tub very high and difficult to get in. The hotel could use some cleaning or painting on the hotel outside estructure. The only negative experience was with the breakfast service. The attendants were somewhat rude and un courteous. The menu read scrambled eggs and they wanted us to eat fried eggs instead. When we asked them for scrambled eggs, they complied but showed us their disgust! And we had paid 24 pounds for the breakfast. We liked the hotel and we are returning in two weeks again, although we don’t expect eating there again.

Clean, tidy and good location

Easy to book in and check out. Small, but good bar available. Clean rooms and reasonable price when I booked it for a Thursday, although I noticed the price for a room would be much higher for the weekend. I will stay here again during the week though. Within easy walking distance of the main street and several pubs and restaurants and easy to get to, being just off the A33 main road. Parking was available, albeit they charged £10 a day for it. Breakfast was also available but quite expensive so we went to a nearby Costa.

It was a convenient hotel to the cruise terminal. The key card sometimes does not work and there is only one elevator that can only fit 2 people with luggages.

Brilliant stay and no complaints.

Very convenient hotel and great price, stayed here twice, quick and easy check in, breakfast which is incudes is brilliant and its very close to the town centre/train station/West Quay. More ideal for people who needed a night stay before a cruise ship tour. Will definitely stay here again if i needed to stay here again.

After a long day travelling , we went downstairs to buy a meal only to find the restaurant seating all reserved for a coach party and the chef wasn’t cooking for anyone else Room past its best , carpet outdated damaged in areas . Holes in curtains
