Check in was easy took about 5 mins. But had to use Credit card to pay £50 which I'm told has been refunded. I use the Hotels . Com cards from Tesco so I don't have to use a credit card. Room was Nice Standard room you get every where now. There was a Luggage seat for cases which was good. The Bath / Shower was able to get shower temp in a minute or so. Bed was alright. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good. And the Hotel. Is just across the road from Newcastle Station. But I went out the left side and looked left and never saw the Hotel. so had a wonder round and came back and should of gone out the right hand side door.

Good location but small basic rooms. Paid for breakfast in the bar but was a struggle to order as understaffed and did not receive everything that should have been on the breakfast. Only a well know frozen pizza that you can get at home for £4 available for room service and charged excessively for this.

Paul at the reception was excellent and very helpful the rooms are nice breakfast is good and overall I would stay here again with out question very easy access to the train station parking is now £20 a day. We had a xouple of different rooms and the City doubles are fine .

Staff were very helpful, especially Paul who helped me get a taxi, room was spotless & had everything you could need. Was a bit concerned when i saw my room was right opposite the railway station but it was really quiet & peaceful. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it
