A stunning hotel with exceptional service!

I cannot believe how lovely this hotel stay was. Initially it was picked because it was the cheapest with a good central location so I didn’t have too many expectations. But on arrival the ladies in reception were fantastic. Very very friendly. The room was then beautiful. Far better than expected. The breakfast the next day was very busy but we went at the exact time they warned it was the busiest so our own fault! Will definitely be back!

We had to walk quite far from the car park to the hotel, but other than that, I can’t fault it. It's an extremely clean, lovely hotel. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Residence Inn for Chris Brown's concert, it's situated in a reasonable distance from the stadium. Our stay was unreal, the rooms are stunning and the whole building itself is gorg. Would deffo recommend. The next time we are in Manny overnight, we'll be booking again! :) xx

The bathroom needed to be repainted as it had stains on the walls next to the handrail. The floor in the shower looked grubby and the windows were not clean. Disappointed

Got free early check in. We had a couple of issues and all rectified ASAP Nothing was a problem, all staff very friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Although when hotel full there is not enough seating. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Front desk staff was especially friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is with the housekeeping. We found around the room. While we were staying, we noticed the daily housekeeping wasn’t up to the mark. Otherwise the room was very large and all amenities provided. Overall happy with the stay.
